Posting from page 322, because I'm having too much fun to highlight-surf forward instead of reading every post.
In Minnesota, some vulgar giant fat troon stormed the state house to stop republicans or something.

"Listen while the adults are talking"

That's
rich, coming from this genderblob.
Honestly, if his assertions are true, that the committee present did not have quorum and thusly was meeting illegitimately, good on him for disrupting it. Pulling together sub-quorum portions of a committee on partisan lines to plan and execute party plans is Democrat-style political faggotry. I expect that from RINOs. I don't want to see it from MAGA.
This pedo-defender is still a massive faggot, literally and figuratively, but sometimes it takes massive faggotry to disrupt even greater faggotry. Plus it's funny as hell to watch.
They very rarely prosecute for lying on it but if the troon answers truthfully the NICS check will be denied and the FFL can't do the transfer. And if the troon insists on being called ma'am when its drivers license lists male, then the FFL will be obligated to cancel the transaction. It would be like a potential transferee menioning they forgot to take their prescribed schizo meds that morning.
It would take but a very simple law passed by Congress, with very similar language to Trump's EO, to fuck trannies permanently, and not just out of purchasing guns. The entire thing could probably fit on 1-2 pages. All said law would need to do is a few things:
- Declare that for all legal. procedural, official, etc. purposes, sex shall mean which gametes the person would/does/did produce, using similar language to Trump's EO, that no other sexes exist in humans, or can exist, and that only the two sexes shall be recognized as valid.
- State that the government recognizes that sex is immutable, permanent from conception forward, and can not be changed by any known, past, present, or currently plausible future medical technology or procedure.
- Declare that therefore, any identifying document claiming a person's sex to be anything other than their actual sex as defined in (1), to be fraudulent, and that the Federal government shall not recognize any such document, or any other document derived from the fraudulent one, to be valid for any purpose as it relates to any function the Federal government is involved in. Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus, applied to legal documents, basically.
- Require that any existing thusly falsified records, and any records of any acts stemming from them which reference the person's sex, while still currently recognized as valid (Ex post facto prohibition in the Constitution and all that), must be corrected going forward before they can be recognized as valid for any future involvement in any function the Federal government is involved in.
That's it. That's all you would need. This would make the policy changes by Trump's recent EO's, and more, permanent, and not something a future president could cancel unilaterally.
You could make things even worse by attempting to go harder, with stuff like:
- Requiring that should any act of the Federal government performed after the passage of the bill later be discovered to have been predicated upon said fraudulent documents, that act shall null and void. This seems like it would already be implicit with existing case law and such, but why not make it explicit? Oh, Mr. Troon, the birth certificate you used for your passport application lied about you being female? Whoops! Your passport is cancelled!
- Make it a crime to knowingly use any of said fraudulent documents or any other document derived from them for any purpose in any interaction with any function of the Federal government. Again, this is probably implicit from how the above would interact with existing Federal laws, but why not make it explicit? Oh, Mrs Pooner, you used a driver's license that claimed you were a man for your identification when filling out form 4473? Enjoy prison.
- Make it a crime to knowingly assist anyone in obtaining said fraudulent documents, or documents derived from them. Watch doctors willing to sign any forms required for changing birth certificates suddenly vanish overnight.
- Make it a crime to knowingly issue any of said fraudulent documents.
- Declare that no state is obligated to recognize any documents from any other state that falsely state a person's sex.
I'm sure there's other ways you could go harder, but don't. The more you pile on to those first four points, the easier it is for troon supporters to seem reasonable when they declare it an anti-trans bill, and the less likely it is to pass. The more stuff is piled on, the more likely it is to not survive any court challenges, particularly with those last two bonus points. Those first four points are all that are needed for society to say, "We are done entertaining your delusion to our detriment," and would leave trannies absolutely nowhere to hide.
