This is not what I said. My comment is Specifically in regards to aluminum based anti perspirants not deodorants in general. There is evidence that the aluminum in these products accumulate in your body and do not simply flush out. I admit my point is being made in a retarded shitposty way on the dementia part but I sincerely do believe further studies need to be made as preliminary studies have shown it isn’t entirely consequence free, for example aluminum accumulating in the breast tissue of women (though the link to cancer has not been established) and, as such, think it is prudent to avoid aluminum based products out of an abundance of caution. It’s the same reason I would avoid Teflon pans and plastic containers and food with red dyes and seed oils. Sure perhaps I’m worrying over nothing but especially living in the states with how much poison and chemicals are everywhere I’d rather err on the side of caution.

Personally I use a combination of aluminum free deodorant and anti perspirats to get a similar effect to the aluminum based ones. Also avoids those nasty yellow stains the aluminum based shit puts into your shirts that never comes out. I do NOT recommend using no deodorant at all cause you’re gonna stink like shit if you sweat like I do.
