Don't worry, WHORES, Russ has solved the Brothel problem by aiming to hire 1 (one) gay man.

Who are these investors?? They've been mentioned a few times, how he's supposedly talking to them.
Literally who are they? How much are they planning to invest?
Or is it all in his head

I've come to think of Greer as a slightly more capable Chris Chan
He's the Chris Chan of law, rather than of art.
Equally low skilled.

Weirdly, no exhibits seem to give us any info about them...almost like he made it all up. Mr. Hardin should, though, take Russ up on his word that he has 100 grand laying around.

Every time he announces a new brothel plan, he always makes sure to mention he's got the backing of a "billionaire benefactor" but has never once even hinted at who.

IIRC he once made the excuse it was because he didn't want people harassing the billionaire, but we'd totally find out once the brothel was open for business.

It's clearly President Trump. Russ fought his battles on Reddit, and Trump has to repay him by building him a brothel.

Greer claims to just have ~100k lying around for his business ventures.

Page 5 of his Motion to reconsider (last set of images) says he has $10,000 cash on hand and talked to “hard money lenders” who require a 10% down payment for a land loan.

So Russell has his dreams, a pittance in cash, and a lending agency. That’s exactly like having a business building and running a brothel.

Sounds like something Mr. Hardin would care about. Maybe that cuts against his "I'm too poor, Judge" argument (helpful for other reasons too).

Anyway, more things I found funny:

In his motion to reopen the case, he mentions that there is an investor named "Ray". No last name, only that Ray operates a strip club. Very convincing.

In the same document he also states that he only has $10k and was going to get the $100k through some type of loan.

edit: bit late on my second point.

He did, yeah. He attached it as an exhibit
I guess I shouldn't be surprised that he'd try to dress up his business registration as a "Sole Proprietor License."

Hell, I'd like to play this game. Gents, I have a Master's Certification in Advance Dirunal Labor. I get paid... per diem. Ain't that fancy?

Russell, don't stop being funny.
