Someone I vaguely knew who I shared a chat with mentioned that they knew Rupnow from a chat they were both in some months earlier, shortly after the shooting happened, and consequently ended up releasing any info they had on her + some misdirections as well. Consequently, people started accusing that person of being affiliated with grooming networks., and I was accused as well due to having mutuals with them, and defending myself in the thread. To reiterate, I have nothing to do with any cyberterrorism or grooming cults, no one has managed to show otherwise.

Nothing happened before that would give you an indication that maybe its was a good idea to nope out, before you got caught up in this? Seems like this "chat" was suspect as hell from the beginning.

I panicked. My first instinct was to reply immediately and defend myself, but in retrospect I probably took it too far and got way too combative. I think some of the stuff in that thread was probably in good faith, albeit, misdirected. I still maintain that Nitrogen had nothing to do with the shooting personally and that he's just an attention seeking edgelord.

Outside of petty trolling and shitposting? Not really. Though there are certainly some groups I'm aware of (such as SkibidiFarms) that do actually engage in some highly illegal shit, which has unfortunately crossed paths before.

Although I haven't personally read that spergfest of a manifesto, from all the excerpts I've seen and the commentary of others in this thread, large swathes of that document are almost certainly copied and pasted from other manifestos or from /pol/-tier schizo babbles and shitposts. It's all loosely strung together with his own self hatred and irony poisoned detachment.
