I know he had an infamous social media presence but I haven't seen anything about a "public" Instagram or Snapchat that he has.

I did see posts of on Instagram immediately after the shooting happened and his account was still up on twitter, it was named something like "prvttyboykisser" but what I take you mean is PERSONAL accounts linked to his irl identity with potentially classmates or parents following it which we haven't seen anything of to my knowledge, it could be possible he just had no friends whatsoever and his parents didn't have Instagram so he didn't have reason to have one. It could be very possible he didn't attend school very often too, and so that he had no interaction other than online, we know so little about him other than his online persona

The rest of you are fucking killing me. This isn't even just an American thing. I wrongly thought it was our failing schools. It's viral degradation of the most common language on the Internet. Poor spelling has nothing on untended verb conjugation.
It culminates in a combination of visual/auditory misophonia swirled with "the ick."

They don't believe in anything at all. They simply hate everything and everyone - hating themselves most of all, but wanting everyone else to be as miserable and fucked-up as they are, and failing that, they'll do whatever they can to force people to "see things their way," by doing literally the shittiest thing they can do - try to kill people. All the shit they claim to believe - be it faux-Satanism or claims towards Nazism or whatever - is all set dressing, they don't give a shit about any of it beyond its ability to piss people off, which they see as persuant to the primary goal of making everyone else as miserable as they are.

We've actually seen this kind of shit before, with people hyping themselves up to be as awful as they can possibly be. It's just rare that you catch one of them in the wild before the law catches up to them and attempts to erase their entire online presence. It is worth noting that, for the ones doing shit like this, they have a rather odd tendency to be absolute miserable failures at being mass shooters as well. Not the first of them to try it and score zero kills, though I don't know if this one's rampage was stopped by a piece of furniture this time.

Not to take away from the conversation about faux satanists and clay eaters, but interesting to see how normies are spinning the this. Nigger nazi's are breaking their brains as the left and right is try to process something that doesnt fit a ideology. The real meat of the story is not being recognized. The events timing around Musk's 4Chan moment isnt helping.

While I agree a lot of young dumb kids can be vulnerable enough to be groomed into these pedo groups; I don't think this scenario can happen to anyone, you have to be a special type of mental to kill somebody. It would be a different story if he just entered the school with the gun and backed out last minute, or got too scared. However he shot someone and then continued to injure more which is not at all normal edgy teenager behavior.
I'm sure in his mind he thought shooting up his school was some le based thing that would get him a lot of attention. He wrote hundreds of pages for his shitty manifesto that was full of him trying to be funny, not at all taking what he was about to do seriously. People have died and I feel no pity for him.

Let's not forget he also purposefully involved himself with these shite groups known to dox kids and spread CSAM. I've never wondered into these groups like soyjack party or 764 or skibidi farms or whatever (nor heard of them before the farms), but I fail to see how groups known to dox underage users don't somehow come off as suspicious and untrustworthy at some point.

Some of the groups he involved himself in obviously came off as shady at some point and instead of backing off, he continued to engage with them. I understand there possibly (maybe) have been some blackmail involved (as these groups tend to do, also unverified) but I doubt he thought of the group as wholesome in anyway. I don't feel sorry for someone who takes out their nihilism on innocent school students.
