Owl's decision to post the redacted report during a stream is on her head. It was not a wise decision and that comment about letting people "have time to get their screenshots" was likewise not a wise decision.

If Bodega/Boardroom is still making the claim that I am Owl, I suppose that's up to Indiana to sort out. More importantly, it's a decision that has nothing to do with Samantha.

Indiana will decide whether to pursue charges (once they've established what those charges are, assuming they do). Indiana will locate the relevant parties (or won't). And if Indiana does file for charges, Indiana will be responsible for extradition.
