If that was the case nitro and nuclear woulda been locked up, 764 wouldn't have existed anymore and Madison nor this shooting wouldn't of happened.
>Law enforcement should be instant gratification instead of being allowed to take its time to get all its P's and Q's in order, because even criminals have rights, which they aggressively piss and moan about when they are eventually arrested.
Law time is its own time, that is frustrating yes, but it's not the place of law enforcement to act as an instant response squad ala Internet Stazi or SS. There is actual response (SWAT, Assault, DT engagement) and there is Investigation, they are not the same, and the latter requires time.
>Madison and everything that 764 is law enforcements fault because they didn't catch up/respond in time.
No, the responsibility lies directly with the individuals within those groups who did what they did; likewise, they will answer for what they did, in time, once enough time has passed. A perfect soup is heated slowly, and now there's a quicker method because the recipe has been shared, and the ingredients genetically sequenced.
>But the bad guys will just do more bad things in the present!
Okay, cool. That just adds to their soup, that is already set to go off, on its previous countdown.
Nitro will be dealt with, his countdown had already started in December, what he has been involved with this month will multiply the reaction when the first countdown finally ticks down. Nuclear on the other hand? His countdown already began in December.
You ever play Final Fantasy? It's like the Doom/Death spell. After x turns, you die; and once you're marked, you can't unmark yourself.
Yes, criminals are evolving at a rapid pace ahead of law enforcement, but law enforcement eventually catches up, and rest assured, we live in a new age where crimes are no longer escapable.
