These lawsuits also demonstrate that Russell understands how to formulate a lawsuit, cite to legal sources and pursue a cause of action. He’s got some big gaps in his understanding, especially in how court cases go if you make it past the early dismissal stage, but he should lose a ton of his pro se armor if judicial notice can be made of this lawsuit.

The brothels have been a package deal since at least 07 when I worked as a bar tender in them. They are a shithole where catering to truckers and the occasional country star was the high point. The local police scene and political scene have always been antagonistic towards the field.

I'm surprised this hasn't been answered.

A Fictitious Business Name Certificate aka a DBA(Doing Business As) is a usually city or county level way to say that as a sole proprietor or partnership you're not going to call your business "Russel Greer" but instead "The Worst Brothel In the Universe" In the beforetimes they had to be published in the newspaper so people knew who was running the business.

Typically LLCs and other corporations use their own name but can also file the same.

Correction: Dildo Saggins only wrote the song. He didn't sing it. He's incapable of singing and has to hire people who actually can sing (and play instruments, and record and produce the song). And I don't think he's ever written a full song. Most of his songs clock under two minutes, typically only 90 seconds. They're jingles at best and there are longer punk rock songs out there.
