capitol building is large. some areas were quiet others were chaotic. you could show him the vids of the cops opening the barricades and doors for the masses to walk calmly through the building.
My friend actually stumbled across this video an hour ago and we just got done watching it. This whole shitshow really boils my blood, man.

As a feather, I've literally just heard about Trump taking away citizenship (obviously he wont) from this thread 🙃 🤣

Although, weirdly enough, I do believe there was once a Native American sovereignty/libertarian movement that wanted the US to give Native Americans a small sovereign nation carved out from federal land within the continental United States (usually located somewhere in west Texas/west Oklahoma) thus making Native Americans non-American citizens. But I'm like, 90% certain said movement was the result of Cold War era-Soviet psy-op stuff, and not an actual movement real Native Americans were advocating for.

He's done the opposite. He's recognized a new tribe in a presidential act.... He's actually increased feather. I do not understand people freaking out over this other than to idk... Use natives as a scapegoat for increasing white guilt.

Once again. Shitlibs do not care.

Anyways here's to the Lumbee tribe and Trump recognizing them.

Ngl this look goes hard.

He died. Lenin didn't really want Stalin as his successor, but Stalin had other plans.
This. Lenin's death was a black swan event and Stalin basically strong armed his way into power, off the back of the fact that Trotsky wanted Russia to declare war on Europe to spread communism by force even though Russia was in no condition to do so, whereas Stalin wanted to consolidate control internally and squash all internal dissent.

Everyone said the same thing about VR. AI in its current stage reminds me of the VR hype train in the 90s. And then subsequently every company after shoveling money into that burning pit. I can't imagine AI will ever be so advanced that it won't require human oversight for anything that matters.
These are just very, very large problems that nobody working on such projects in tech wants to admit are so difficult they'll take decades and trillions to solve.

Just be happy we gave you firewater and casinos.

You guys are being ridiculous. Just add more stars, they must assimilate into Americans and leave behind their leaf trappings.
Honestly I wish Canada could remain independent. Having an independent country sharing space on the continent has benefits for America that are not immediately apparent. Such as giving Americans a reason to get passports for international travel.

But the simple truth is the Canadian's have been treated much like the American people by the current global order. The Canadians ARE Americans. Divided from the rest of America by history. America has also seen the worst impulses of the global order imposed on our northern cousins.

I walked through Montreal and it was disgusting. Hundreds of foreigners who could speak neither French or English just sleeping on the streets. Native Canadians themselves just walking through the detritus. Just shrugging their shoulders when I pointed the issues out. The 5 year old I brought along to see a foreign country was suitably horrified. I did not really set out to teach my elementary school kids to love America, but after three days walking around the streets of Montreal, there were god damn child like CHEERS when the "Welcome to New York" sign appeared as we were waved back into the United States.

Didn't Singapore benefit from benevolent tyranny at its foundation? As far as I know they're a very unique country that has leveraged their strengths well, all things considered. I don't think the US or nearly any other country could pull that off these days since it's so "mean."
I think America is going to get a lot "Meaner" by which I mean morally responsible.

Drug dealers should fucking hang every awful thing you can imagine a junky doing their dealer stands behind them in spirit it is not kindness to permit them to live

I thanked Europeans before earlier in this thread. Although I don't drink whiskey, I do like Jack Daniels bbq sauce (which, I think has whiskey in it, or did Jack Daniels also just make BBQ sauce too? Maybe he was a man of many talents 🤔)

I wish more drug dealers would be charged with manslaughter. It seems like it only happens when celebrities/important people OD (for example, Mac Miller's dealers getting charged) but when normal addicts die from drugs adulterated with fentanyl, police are like "well, them's the breaks".
