He has much fun coming. There's the Montagraph lawsuit he's about to lose, possibly for enormous amounts of money. Not a win in my book. Not a life id like to live.
I look forward to that cope stream. How high do you think he's going to get during that?He has much fun coming. There's the Montagraph lawsuit he's about to lose, possibly for enormous amounts of money.
The word "gullible."What's on his ceiling this time?
This to me is fucking insane. Damage is already done to his image though.State drops all other charges.
It's almost like the state wasn't trying to do him in and in fact gave him a cushy deal. It's almost like he's been lying from the very beginning. For someone who kept pissing about "the state is corrupt" and "they are trying to take me down" the state sure is giving him a walk on his kids testing positive for cocaine.
Another interesting thing about this is that Nick's probation will be visiting his home. Probation officers are mandatory reporters. So, this probation officer will have full access to the crack shack and is required by law to report any child abuse or neglect just like that Scandinavian incel prude pastor. Nick will make an ass of himself to the officer and the officer will go out of his way to find a way to fuck rackets. Unless the chef Boyardee fairy comes to feed the hunger kids.100% correct.
I think a lot of people don't understand that Nick's main goal was to avoid probation so he could drink and use drugs. He failed.
In his child custody case, he made a total circus of the proceeding, screaming about how the county staff on his case LIED when they said Nick refused access to all rooms of his home, made claims about them COMMITTING PERJURY, claimed to have gotten in their face in the courtroom hallway and shrieked at them over it, etc.
As far as I can tell, Nick's side of the story was that he stood in the doorway of his master bedroom, blocking the entrance, and told the county employee there was no reason for her to enter the bedroom. Because he did not explicitly say "I refuse to let you enter this room", he insists that must mean SHE LIED!!!
That doesn't get into the reports from April's friend Keanu that Nick missed or at least was substantially late to a drug test for his CHIPS case.
To put it more explicitly: if Nick treats his PO the same way he treated Sweep in his CHIPS case, I don't see any way he doesn't end up a convicted felon, or at least gets violated and forced to beg to avoid that consequence. He probably learned all the wrong lessons from the CHIPS case too.
he will go back, he an addict and without any real consequences it might get even worse. Hopefully Kayla gets the fuck out with kids, this dude is walking ticking bomb, with ego complex, not good mix.Now that it’s all finally wrapping up, I’m really curious to see if he learned anything from this or if he just goes right back to his old ways.
She's just as much to blame. I want it to end like Kennys family from south park.he will go back, he an addict and without any real consequences it might get even worse. Hopefully Kayla gets the fuck out with kids, this dude is walking ticking bomb, with ego complex, not good mix.

Jekyll is dead and gone, murdered by Nick's arrogance and hubris.I'd like for Jekyll Nick to make a comeback. Is that even remotely possible?
Rackets is exactly the kind of person who would have a painting of The Joker hanging in his room, lmfao
If Nick claims possession of all drugs and the guns, then the charges for Kayla aren't gonna stand.I think the prosecutor's made a huge mistake in dropping charges on Kayla so far as she will be off of probation that would require her to stay off drugs. Kayla clearly has substance abuse issues that require a bit of the old stick to drive her back in line.
If she didn't have kids, I wouldn't care. Just like I don't care about April getting off. She has significant substance abuse issues, but that only ruins her own life.
