I'm genuinely concerned about ol' Tats since it seems like he can easily get 'radicalized' every 5 years and with how fucked up some people can get online, my joke about him becoming an ONA Satanist might not actually be much of one given his track record... IDK if he's like Chris Chan and the Idea Guys where some shadow cabal influence Tats from behind the shadows into moving him into one direction or the other.
If distant memory serves he randomly became an obsessive radfem obsessed with denouncing any and all men and obsequiously grovelling for his earlier generic "haha sex and girls" strips literally overnight, and there was talk he either....
a) Hooked up with some radfem chick or became infatuated with her enough to change overnight to try and impress her
b) Did *something* shameful enough for him to completely torpedo his own anaemic comic in some autistic asian attempt at penance.
....personally though, I kinda suspect that it may be a situation akin to Chris Chan in which he based the romance in his comic on a girl he knew IRL and was obsessed with, and when she eventually found out she went justifiably apeshit, and him pulling the radfem switch and erasing said romance plot(s) was his way of "apologising" to her and proving what a good man he was unlike all the other icky
JERKS out there.
Now if I were to speculate baselessly further, assuming the girl in question was a leftist type he knew from college the explicit radfem shit he became fixated on may have been a crude imitation of what he saw on her social media at the time and something he hoped would impress her enough to forgive him. Eventually however I suspect he became embittered at the continued lack of success in operation "torch my shitty webcomic to impress a girl who hates me" and this reflected in him now becoming fixated on pro troon/porn "handmaids" in some backhanded way of insulting her, which then devolved further into him smearing increasingly edgetard right wing schtick all over himself, driven by both obsessive spite and likely untreated mental illness as well as the fact he was finally getting random bits of praise from the edgetard right sphere.
All of which eventually culminated in his asian neo nazi arc which was bizarrely set in stone by the infamous Jewish cult brawl in the new york tunnels, with him fixating specifically on the stained mattress that was being used as a bludgeon by some of the angry jews which the usual suspects decided was actually a talmudic child rape mattress and is something he is inanely obsessed by in a way that straight up feels schizophrenic given how often he has randomly inserted sinister jews carrying sinister mattresses into his comics over the past year.
Obviously the scenario is just my speculation, but after seeing the same/similar situations play out multiple time in cow land I feel it is not an unreasonable speculation
