If plastic surgery gets advanced enough or CRISP is really able to turn you into another gender then this will all be seen as necessary baby steps and the victims of these medical experiments lionized as "trailblazers" as if dying from an open wound or a rotting appendage is akin to space exploration.

The key here is ideological, if the overton window does shift then this will be in history books right next to lobotomies and giving thalidomide to pregnant women. Of course this might never happen as outside places like the farms trans ideology its essentially fused with LGTV and feminism, its only a tiny part of those movements that excludes trans people and they get punished for that. [NSFL] For bottom surgery, stay far, far away from William Boysen & Shailesh Agarwal at BWH. + AMA I guess.​

I'm 2.5 months out from the first surgery, 1 month out from a "revision" to repair a tear they caused in my urethra, and now that things are somewhat stabilizing, i can actually get a good look at what they did
layout of my genitals: The "clit" is outside and above the labia majora, the "labia minora" consist of two small ribbons of flesh flanking the clit The vaginal canal AND urethra both open up into a small pouch below the labia, behind the perineum, more than an inch away from the clit.
they also managed to tear the urethra INTERNALLY during the surgery, causing a massive wound to develop and killing off the vaginal tissue that i spent literally 2+ years and thousands of dollars of electrolysis sessions on for them to just cut it out, throw it away, and then blame me. I effectively do not have a canal anymore, i only got to dilate it for a few days. not a feeling i will forget, and i will probably miss it forever if i don't get the chance to see someone competent in the future

Brother, the consolation prize is that you didn't lose "vaginal tissue" because it was never a vagina to begin with. And they all consistently mix up vagina and vulva. What hope do troons have of recognising what genitals should look like when they skipped biology class.

All in all though I am continually surprised by the bodies ability to heal. Did it heal well at all? No. Is a butcher job? Yes.
But credit where credit is due. It sure healed into something.

I was tired and browsing and stupidly thought it was a MtF not a FtM. Either way though, it's a terrible result, even if they wanted a penis, it's not a good look, just a horrible mess of hair and mashed sausage.
