Bodycam/Policing General Thread - DROP THE KNIFE DROP THE KNIFE DROP THE KNIFE DROP THE KNIFE DROP THE KNIFE

The fagorithm seems to be nuking these channels pretty hard now. Not getting many recommendations. Anyone got any tips for good ones to subscribe to?
I personally like Police Activity. He doesn't shy away from featuring shootings/stabbings.
Code Blue Cam is good for your standard "drunk retard arrest" videos.

It's hard to say. There are a bunch that just rip off other channels. I've seen the same video uploaded months later on a different channel. Police Activity is the best but he uploads in bursts it seems and he's definitely editing them down due to YT.

Lackluster managed to get a pretty good exclusive short video of California cops protecting and serving the fuck out of some guys skateboard

Unedited video starts at 4:40

>see two men in a struggle over a knife during a reported home invasion in the middle of the night
>one guy in his undies who looks like he just got out bed
>other guy dressed like he just came from outside
>shoot the guy in his undies

Bravo, LVMPD.
So what happens to cops like these?

This is ridiculous, at this point you're encouraged to kill the intruders yourself instead of calling the police.

3 week paid vacation, 5 year long civil trial with best lawyers money can buy defending them and paid by the city followed by a multi million dollar settlement to the family paid for by tax payer dollars.

If the city even attempts to fire them the police union will sue on their behalf and get them rehired or they will just get a new job county over

That's horrible, so what, the guy should have tried to kill the assailant?

Basically. It's a bad situation, because the intruder was someone the home owner knew. It turned out to be his ex-girlfriend (I thought it was another man due to the baggy clothing and the fact that so many black women look like men). Now, I don't care who it is, if someone breaks into your home armed with a knife and you wake up and see them in your room, you can safely assume they intend to kill you. If you don't have a gun handy but manage to wrestle the knife away from them, you could use the knife to defend yourself if the intruder continued coming after you.

The cop in the video made an immensely stupid decision. How he didn't deduce that the guy in his underwear was NOT the intruder is beyond me.

Gotcha.
If I'm ever in the US and there's an intruder, specially at night, I guess it's relentless killing time through any means.

What a disgraceful moment, but seems like how the US police workforce works leaves me (and other people) no other choice.
