I think that one's particularly horrifying because it's a dry and (semi) healed up mutilation instead of our usual wet roadkills. That's a true monstrosity of parts stitched together. Photos 3 and 4's gaping holes with the red meat showing deep inside them... is just... OMG.

It’s a good job the hacked-up dick meat and ballsack are at least partially numb due to the surgery cutting through nerves. Two pieces of cut-up dick head are plainly visible at the top of this mess, seen at haphazard angles atop what looks like a dead lump of flesh - presumably to make an ersatz ‘clit’. Aint no way a guy’s getting a lump hacked out of his dick head with a scalpel without the pain bringing him to his knees, yet these guys wrench their hack jobs apart like slappers in porn, over and over again. They may complain that it takes them an hour to orgasm and the ‘nerves are still waking up’, but they should just be glad the nerves are dead in the first place. If they had full enervation, they’d be suicidal with pain.
We’re all just angry and jealous though, apparently. I dunno about you Kiwis, but I’m beside myself with jealousy over a man who looks like he sat on a landmine in a sad attempt to mimic the genitalia I was born with.
Not gonna lie, I’m so far peaked with these surgeries that his results just made me laugh out loud. Fuck around and find out, indeed.

I do think he means he lost the tissue that made up the actual stinkditch, and if you look at the full series of pictures, there are a couple where there appears to be a deflated sausage casing-looking... thing hanging out of him.
I hate to give the devil his due, but I think the troon used the term "vagina" correctly. Not that he'll ever have vaginal tissue, of course, but correct as in "it goes inside" (and in his case, plopped right back out again).

No refunds, because they had a surgery that they were informed the risks of. They took the risk, even though it was likely vastly understated. Revisions may or may not be covered by insurance depending on an individual’s policy, and what needs to be fixed. As in, is it a medical necessity or just an aesthetic need.
Personally, I don’t agree with any of these surgeries being covered, either by insurance or by the relevant government. They are cosmetic surgeries that serve no medical purpose, and should be in there with all the other cosmetic surgeries as self-pay only.
