You can see it with accounts that have usernames like: "Mutilating niggers with chainsaws groyper" as an example.

Not because any of the shooters are interesting, they're pieces of shit and gay. But all of these gay psyops on the side are just weird, sometimes it all reads like a conspiracy.
However, I think it's like how 4chan was the internet hacker back in the day, except 4chan felt like a shitty shopping mall, open but kinda shady. Whereas all of this discord/telegram shit are pedophiles in a van offering drugs to kids. (My metaphor is probably retarded)
