I feel it's worth clarifying that he doesn't advocate cheating. He was just downplaying how bad it is and trying to claim its a normal thing and 'part of being an adult' while half admitting he did it himself. But he wasn't telling his audience to start cheatmaxxing.

Tom's personality is warm milk. He's so fucking boring that I doubt he'll ever do something really drama worthy. I've seen rumors that he's a closeted fag but he'll probably never express it in a way that's entertaining. His job of commenting on drama has stagnated the development of his personality. He's afraid to express himself lest he be the next target of the drama circuit. If he keeps this up until his thirties then he will have the same personality as Dilbert.
