I don't know the lore; I'm just the outside looking in. Anyway, I hate it when content creators just abandon their original supporters. If it wasn't for them, they wouldn't be in the position they're in.

I said this before. But if someone grabs your balls and yanks and gives you $100, will you react against them? That is what you need to think about.

Like I get it, there was a time I didn't want to admit Star Wars sucks now, which was around the time Force Awakens came out. I also understand trying to bend some rules in your mind to keep this idea that this thing that's changed is still the same. But what I don't understand is betraying all of the values you claimed to uphold to hundreds of thousands of people, and consciously say all the same talking points as these woke people that make absolutely no sense with a straight face for an hour, then even after having a chance to sleep on it, still making it worse the next day instead of simply saying "I'm sorry." All over one video game.

That's not just liking something and trying to justify it. That's revealing who you were this whole time, imo.

Same thing with these "Fandom Menace" types - everything is woke until that one thing you like and want to be good is woke too (God of War Ragnarok, Silent Hill 2 Remake, etc), then suddenly you're too much of a noticer for saying exactly what they would for any other thing.

Mack is a good man but he lives in Bongistan, they could arrest him for wrongthink if he gets too spicy. Synth and the people in the Youtube comments should know that not every place on the Internet is /v/.

It's more frustrating that you could easily isolate the entire drama and bad developer response from the game itself.
A more reasonable stance is to criticize the clearly gay aspects that adds nothing, and then actually talk about the game. (kinda like what synth did with his BG3 review)
it's not a """/v/""" thing to criticize aspects of a game and still enjoy it. going full "KC2 is above criticism, if you say otherwise that means you hate everything about it and clearly not a real gamer, so what if the developers lied? WELCOME TO BAN WORLD" is not how you convince people that you're a trustworthy reviewer, especially if you were handpicked by the devs to get the game early.

mack making poor arguments in a live stream, and then deleting it with his excuse being "you people are disgusting, it was a great stream, had to delete it, WAY too toxic, you know how youtube is."
makes me think he's not even willing to discuss the issue in the first place. either stand by your beliefs, or say nothing.

he needs to remember the ai can counter you far more easily if you just spam the same moves over and over again
That one guy was right that he should be trying for clinches at his stage. But he also went with maces instead of longswords, so he can't spam the three different combos that all strike the most vital area your enemy can have.

Does he have the perk? iirc it says it increases the chance but actually it just makes them possible at all because slavjank.
Clinching never really worked for me though because the enemy always ends up out of range for my follow up strike unless there's a wall behind them. But that could be because I'm using axes and maces.
