The whole chaser discourse is so funny. Almost every TiM, especially the HSTS type, will talk about how they are totally superior to cis roasties who hit the wall at 13, don't perform femininity as well, don't have "designer pussy" and don't like to take it up the ass 3 times a day or whatever. If we assume that this is all true, then chasers are the least degenerate and actually most heterosexual kind of men. They're attracted to the superior, more feminine type of women and of course don't want gross cis women, why would they? Without Power Leveling too much, I have a background in infectious diseases, albeit in large animals.

Due to some health issues and a recent medical emergency I went through I've spent a lot of time recently around Doctors and Nurses and I can tell you the day-to-day people who work in the hospitals and offices aren't like the ones writing the medical journals. The vast majority will be PC on the surface as to not get sued or reprimanded but the moment you get to know them, they're normal. They don't believe Trans Women are real women or that men can menstruate or get pregnant. So, there is some hope.

Geez. I was unable to partake in a medical study for Welbutrin use nearly two decades ago because of my history of childhood epilepsy. My neurologist gave her okay, but the study refused to accept me because of the contraindication - even though I had outgrown the disease. And thank God they didn't let me in the study - I completely see why. I ended up trying Welbutrin later anyway and it actually brought back my epilepsy symptoms so whoops.

What can sometimes need to happen is an urgent fixing of any structural problem that would endanger the child. For example an imperforate anus, or anything where the plumbing isn’t working. Some of these ambiguous genitalia co-occur with other abnormalities and the way it’s done now is to just fix anything that is going to kill or disable them and leave the rest be.
The child/parents then get an extension on the period they have to register their birth, and they will undergo a full physical and genetic exam to determine actual sex and any other issues they have.
And as a reminder this is a TINY number of births. It’s about 0.018% where genetic sex appears at odds with physical appearance or where genitalia are too ambiguous at birth to tell.

I went out to a college bar with my friend last weekend. They ran into one of their friends who is a trans woman. They introduced me to them. She goes "are you trans?" To which since she was sitting with my friend, I trust the vibes enough to go "yeah?" (I'm semi-stealth, situational). They go "I can tell. And "It's okay I'm also trans."

Which got me thinking, how can they tell?

Which my friend I went out with awnsered that question, "I told them" or something along those lines.

I gave them a casual but serious talk of "Usually it's up to the trans person to out themselves." I was hinting I am situationally stealth, but this is one of the exceptions to this to me, I'm cool with other trans people knowing I'm one of them.

She was pretty chill, ended up talking to them most of the night. Offered to buy a drink because they were sad and alone but denied drinks, wanted nicotine.

Am still thinking about the "I can tell" comment though. I am obviously some kind of gay, and more out about that, so maybe they figured thats the kind of gay I am.
