Russ does not care about consent at all. In Why I Sued Taylor Swift he recounts that the brothel worker he ran out the clock at Olive Garden with openly told him she didn’t want to see him but was forced to by the brothel.

I’ve never believed this actually happened. I chalk it up to a standard Russ lie designed to make him look sympathetic, and as usual he’s too stupid to see it actually makes him look worse.

But Russ in his book claims that it did. A hooker told him she’d been forced to see him and instead of calling things off he becomes livid his paid for time ended before he’d had sex.
Russ openly lobbies for Sexual Slavery for his special interest. "Free Hookers for the Handicapped! And they're not allowed to say No! Only 9's and 10's!" He seeks to seize private property from others under force of government and award it to him solely in order to fulfill his depraved wishes. He is an actual NAZI. His belief system is pure NAZI (well except for that whole sending the unfit off to summer camp). All the Hitler pictures he gets are legitimate satire and social commentary as a reaction to his public support of Fascism for his personal benefit.

Like when Russell sued Utah for the right to erect a mile high tower of Babel dedicated to prostitution right smack in Salt Lake City?

Russell also engages in some fedora tipping, Reddit is that way sir

Russell has more eager witnesses

One of the saddest things to me about Russell is his #1 sexual fantasy he pays for every time, he doesn't even know is a fantasy. On the clock hookers tell him "Yes, I'm a helpless widdle hooker who needs a big strong man like you to protect my rights! Oh yes oh yes I'll let you represent me in court because you're so smart and studly, spank me daddy!" and he's surprised EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. she doesn't actually show up in court!

Russ accidently cites caselaw why the article he's citing shouldn't be allowed on the record:

Russell also keeps mocking Jason for his ballot initiative failing (after admitting his own ballot initiative failed)
Screenshot 2025-01-27 182800.png
One of oppositions lawyers "zinged" Russ?
Screenshot 2025-01-27 182852.png
It sounds like even the lawyers he's supposedly on the side of just laughed at and insulted him.

He also cites as evidence Jason MUST be responsible for the brothel fires and is causing mass hysteria is because seventeen people liked a tweet
doingnumber.png
He's probably just jealous he can't do those kinds of numbers

Notice his screenshot of the tweet captures his alt, Wildwestresort, and right at the top, which would surely only happen if he took the screenshot while logged into Wildwestresort, he just really needed to file his epic takedown with the court
Screenshot 2025-01-27 180733.png

He also submits as evidence that Jason must be responsible for the brothel fires he alleges are actually arsons (or arbons) is because some news article about the case was shared on facebook by some guy named Rex!
rex.png
In alleging Jason is fomenting (not tormenting) fear and panic leading to violence on the level of Qanon or Pizzagate, Russell himself is proposing an elaborate conspiracy theory that fires (probably already invested and deemed accidents) were actually arsons directly caused by Jason!

how can he be so fucking bad at song titles and lyrics and yet his plightfilings are basically amazing song lyrics and titles?

Seriously, we should get some band together to perform his filings - Religious Harms vs Brothel Harms at the Kiwi Farms would be a banger track.
We could repurpose this absolute banger to fit the new lyrics.
:gunt: "Religious Harms vs Brothel Harms, sending baldy boy Barnes after Kiwi Farms." :gunt:

I don't think he was genuinely religious if he says that. That is the most surface level critique that shows lack of familiarity with the religion itself. Perhaps the sole religion this would not apply is Buddhism

Friendly reminder that PACER is literally free, and they are willing to waive fees for quarters under $30, and for case participants (the former is automatic, the second one is discretionary, IIRC)
Russ accidently cites caselaw why the article he's citing shouldn't be allowed on the record:
His citation is good (kinda), his words are not. That case covers both what kinds of articles can be judicially noted, and which ones cannot. THAT said, it is bad from the perspective that those cases are not normal civil cases, but strictly shareholder litigation, and does not appear to speak broadly.
Documents filed with the courts are not subject to Libel/Defamation laws, etc. That's because the Judge can at his discretion fix the problem through sanctions.
There are exceptions. Utah, for example, has some juicy ones. "The Utah Supreme Court has observed that the judicial proceedings and litigation privilege is not without limits. Specifically, the privilege does not apply where: An attorney has engaged in independent acts, that is to say acts outside the scope of his representation of his client's interests, or has acted solely for his own interests and not his client's . . . or has committed fraud or otherwise acted in bad faith, which is inherently 'acting in a manner foreign to his duties as an attorney. In other words, if the attorney was acting outside the scope of the representation or in bad faith, the privilege does not apply. These exceptions apply to all participants in the judicial process, not just to attorneys." See Ruesch v. Purple Shovel, LLC, Case No. 4:18-cv-00028-DN (D. Utah Mar. 30, 2021). Also, for that privilege to apply, it must "have some reference to the subject matter of the proceeding" Peterson v. XPO Logistics, Inc., No. 17-4189 (10th Cir. May. 4, 2020), but the word "reference" is interchangeable with the words "related", "relevant", and "pertinent". In particular, "The requirement is that a statement have some relationship to the cause or subject matter involved." DeBry v. Godbe, 992 P.2d 979, 1999 UT 111 (Utah 1999). Things, like, for example, FABRICATED EMAILS, are not covered by this privilege. See, Peterson v. XPO Logistics, Inc., No. 17-4189 (10th Cir. May. 4, 2020) (also stating that the exceptions apply to all participants in the litigation, even if they are not attorneys).

It's amazing. The Genius Russ discovered that if you start working early, and pay the people helping you, it all goes much better. Such wisdom!

The episode where Greer, who claims to be a doctorate in dealing with sex workers, discovers that fluid mediums such as money can be used to incentivize people to do things you want them to do with greater efficacy and interest than if you just demanded it of them.

Team Russell-Isn't-Retarded takes another L.

Money can be exchanged for goods or services‽‽

If I were an incentivized individual I’d try to tally Russ’s self admitted whorepayments and dedupe them as much as possible - but I think we can solidly give $14,000 as a baseline and perhaps $20,000 or more.

Even in our inflated modern age, that’s a serious chunk of change that could be used to actually do something (worthwhile or not). A down payment on a house, maybe even a whorehouse, a car, starting a business, anything. 1,000 hours at $20 an hour.

Hell, doing nothing but savings accounting it is $900 a year these days.

Yeah but it still requires either a credit card (I'm assuming Russ doesn't have one given he'd have absolutely bankrupted himself using it on whores by now), or receiving an authentication token in the mail (and we all know how he feels about that).

Minimum. He's subject to the asshole tax and he is one of those retards that believes that if something is expensive it is intrinsically worth more than the exact same thing offered for less. So he goes for the high end escorts, offends them right off the hop by asking for a discount, then pays the normal fee in addition to 'Make this worth my time' tax because he's insufferable (also, ugly).

I don't know why the phrase "though ventilated with air vents" made me giggle like a kid.
His whole legal schtick is full of weird tidbits. Things like describing how he’s a non-smoker and the brothel smoke ‘stinks up his clothes’. It’s like asking someone why they were late for work and they inform you that their car broke down, their car is old, they bought it second-hand from a Danish guy down south, it’s always had trouble with the indicator light and the colour annoys them.

Also telling is that liars over-embellish their stories with lots of little details, to make them seem more ‘real’. I think we can make of that knowledge what we will, where Russ is concerned.

His whole Twitter is full of libel against Guinasso.

Calling him an alcoholic, a wifebeater, a pedophile, and whatever else pops into his gourd.
My understanding of libel law is rudimentary at best. I'm wondering, are Russhole's disparaging comments on X/Twitter something Guinasso could actually take legal action against Russ over?
