Will Nicholas Rekieta take the plea deal offered to him?

Those materials are all federal and would not be used in Nick's case. State PSI processes are relatively ad hoc varying from county to county with very little information online, but a another county's intake questionnaire is attached as a representative sample to compare to the federal forms.
My understanding is that the federal forms are the default in MN for a PSR/PSI felony crimes. In my example, MN is plugged in.

Your example has nothing about financial disclosures, for example. This is obviously required for any PO to be able to do his/her job.

(I'm prepared to be proven wrong.)

If memory serves, that's exactly what happened to Baked Alaska. You absolutely cannot take a plea deal on the basis that you're actually innocent but the state are just being big meanieheads.

This outcome is extremely funny considering how adamant he was that social services and the police were conspiring to frame him for whatever fucking reason. He relentlessly attacked the integrity of these professionals only to recant and admit the coke stash was indeed coke and did indeed belong entirely to him.

Weak.
Could those he slandered sue for defamation? lol

I'll give him credit and say he's doing the honorable thing by claiming responsibility for his coke. He's still a Balldo-wearing degenerate but it's a step in the right direction.
I don't know if I'd called it honorable. I'd say it's more of guaranteeing she'll learn nothing from this and keep pushing on vices.

Honorable is when you take the fall for your partner for an action that at least had good/innocent intention. Not for keeping a crack whore with the children.

While on the face it does seem unfair and coercive to have so many cases go to guilty pleas, we don't need to roll an entire jury because Shaquanda wanted those shoes from Target
A line has to exist somewhere where the is unfair and coercive, right? If the choice was between a 3 month suspended sentence or a potential 20 years in prison, even an innocent person is going to take the plea deal and lie about not being coerced as part of the condition. It's just making the courts feel better about the practice. Trials are also mentally taxing and humiliating, so a plea bargain is a very nice thing if you're guilty, but we're talking about innocent people being afraid to use their right to a trial. Trials aren't "free" for the defendant either way.

It's also not our problem if the courts are overburdened. That's a problem for the government, and something for them to figure out, and punishing people more for using the courts isn't a moral solution even if it is practical for them. The American court system was based around preferring a guilty man go free being a lesser evil than putting an innocent man in prison, and someone accused by the state shouldn't be having to weigh the resources efficiency of the state against their own innocence. What's the point of having a guaranteed right to something if when you use it, the government punishes you? You can find some line between making it easy for them to just admit guilt and punitive measures.

Rekietafags will see a transcript of Nick literally admitting his guilt twice in a court of law and it will still not be satisfying to them. I don’t think they’ll be satisfied until he goes to each of their houses, knocks on the door, and personally apologizes to each of them for doing drugs and not taking care of his kids.

Truly feminine behavior.
And even that would not be enough.

Chad Zumock had someone write in (anonymously) as a TM Zumock exclusive about Nick's 4th child testing positive for coke.

Apparently, there were multiple tests that came up positive for the kid, including a blood test. Chad's a dummy and couldn't understand some of the words, including I'm guessing "metabolite". The young girl 100% was taking coke, per the alleged source.

Supposedly the source of the leak was close to the prosecution.

Edit to add: Zumock makes his streams members only after they air, so uh... get on it clippers.
Edit to add: important note from @John Andrews Stan (also below):
Not trying to be pedantic but to be clear, Chad read their request for their name not to be shared. So the source is known to him, it would seem.

Can't speak for Minnesota, but this is getting off pretty lightly here. To be fair we aren't allowed to do plea deals. The fact there's no child neglect charge of any description, despite the kids being removed and the little one's positive test is... well, it's disappointing. In any case the family proceedings are separate. Always looks better if you've cough cough taken responsibility for your substance use though, and mother still has a clean criminal record. Makes sense for only one of you to pick up a conviction if that option is on the table.
Neither will have a conviction if he fulfills the diversion/stay of adjudication requirements.

*dramatic sigh* Kiwifags once again pretending he said things he never did.

He never said he was innocent of doing cocaine, Kiwi childs.
He merely said the Kandyohi County Police Department was involved in a deep conspiracy to sprinkle cocaine on his prepubescent daughter's hair in order to unlawfully imprison him, a dangerous local political dissident.

That doesn't mean he wasn't also coincidentally snorting some cool epic cocaine like the cool epic dude who owns a Mustang he is.

🥃:really:
I dunno about you, but I’d feel jilted if the police planted weed in my bag while I had a joint in my sock.
It’s be like, oh c’mon man really?

Nick we know you're reading this thread. Take it as a sign to get your life back on track, you've had your fun and it went to hell, learn a lesson and be the man of the house. Life's not just all jello shots and karaoke machines fool.
I ran this through my Galaxy Gas translator and this is what it spit out:
Nick we know you're reading this thread. Take it as a sign that you're smarter than all those haters at your church, you've done nothing wrong and nothing is your fault, that crispy canister of Blue Raspberry is calling your name. Life's not just all huufff wheeze jhjjduikk freedom huvbffijkl.

No one can. Cocaine is already cut at the source. The only people who see pure cocaine are scientists, people who work in labs that produce it (legal or not) and maybe some high ranking cartel bosses.

Anyone who claims they buy pure cocaine and isn’t on a first name basis with El Chapito is delusional. It doesn’t matter who you are and how rich you are.
Cocaine isn't pure when it's created, even if it hasn't been intentionally cut. It's not made in a lab, it's made by a bunch of peasants smashing leaves together in the jungle, so even when it's just been made it only comes out at 70-80%

You could purify it from there, but no dealer is going to do that

the kid thing is so fucked up

he literally can't get away with this

fucked up retarded daughter being given coke with that fucking NIGGER known for grooming white little girls going in and out of the house , it's too fucking much.
Typically how social services and courts work tbh. You have to basically beat a child to death multiple times before they'll do much beyond slap you on the wrist and call you a bad boy.
