I suspect that Greer was making a lot of that shit up, because it seems too fucking retarded to be real.

Be that as it may, Greer will never be able to prove those emails came specifically from KF users as opposed to literally any other trolls in the universe. I know it's a civil case so preponderance of the evidence is the rule instead of reasonable doubt, but if I can write myself nasty emails, claim they came from my enemies without ANY forensic proof of same, and prevail in a lawsuit, it would set a disastrous precedent.

He wants Null to remove any mention of him from this site since he thinks that the Farms is somehow responsible for people hating him. This is despite the fact the Farms only found out about him because he was already universally hated for suing Taylor Swift and writing a retarded book about why he did it. He's been practically begging Hardin to settle now since he's probably tired of actually having to do work in this lawsuit. This case is the first time he's actually had to deal with discovery and the actual hard parts of a lawsuit.

He had nothing then and probably the only reason he was really against the transfer to Florida is because it was something that Null/Hardin wanted. That's been my question for some time now. Russ keeps harping on this alleged harassment by KF users but he never provides any credible evidence supporting these allegations. It's not like the farms is the only online or IRL community that has taken notice of Russ over the years.

Yes, this is a civil case, but even so, how are such unproven accusations allowed to have any bearing on any part of the case? Especially from a serial litigant with a history of making multiple baseless and unproven accusations in other cases. As others have mentioned, for all we know Russ could have written those himself and forwarded them to himself.

On top of that, he's a proven habitual liar, either by omission, or by admission after the fact. To paraphrase Russ on a previous suit- 'It was just a publicity stunt, not a lawsuit'.

Yes, today's the last day Hardin could have sent over his number. We won't know if he sent it earlier, until someone says it on the record or Null announces it in thread (which he has no reason to do).


I'm assuming he sent it after that filing. If Russ saw a number before, he likely would have sperged about it in the filing or cited a specific number for the sanctions he wants to hit Hardin with. He doesn't have the restraint to not plightsperg for 14 days.

Incidentally this very Magistrate Judge was pulled off the case by Judge Campbell when she took over the case and threw it out in the first place. I don't know if she thought he was fucking it up or it was just time to chuck it.
