When I re-encoded the clip to reduce its size, I chose a video codec (libx265) that doesn't play for mobile users. I'll refrain from using this codec next time.

I do not for a second believe that if a blood test had shown RECENT cocaine use, and the hair test had shows PROLONGED! cocaine use by the daughter that Nick would have gotten his kids back "just like that".

I really really doubt that CPS would send a kid back into a home with a parent who was a party in the continued and intentional dosing of a minor with cocaine.

That leaves two options:

2) Nick lied about the kids being back with him and having full custody over ALL of them
