I wonder what Joel is thinking right about now. I still hate how they excommunicated him for politics. He wasn't even a hardcore conservative, he was more libertarian than anything.
If I had to guess, going by his Xeets and lack of interaction with anything RT related for the past couple years (outside of side references here or there when someone prompts him) Joel is over his former coworkers excommunicating him, and is happy to simply tweet about crypto

I feel like RWBY needs to stay dead. Yeah it was a fun concept but every season after the first one was a slow decline into confused mediocrity. After a while even appealing to the mythical Monty Notes didn't keep former fans from trashing it. Is rebooting it for a second shot really going to be the winning move here?
RWBY's biggest issue after Monty's death was the lack of talent or passion behind it. A full reboot by a group of competent writers and animators could easily breathe life back into it as a franchise, though they would need to replace everyone including the VAs. If they sever every tie to RT I could see it being a successful IP again.

Yeah, a lot of people forget that at some in point, RWBY was fucking massive. Like a huge fanbase and following in most first world countries. Then Monty died and shit went downhill fast and the show lost most of it's global fanbase, and just kept the few brainrotted ones around.

All Rooster Teeth had to do was keep making Red vs Blue and dumb podcasts to print money. It's kind of impressive that they failed as hard as they did towards the end.
Achievement Hunter was just as critical, and it could be argued that their downfall was just as crucial to RT going down the shitter as well

I still think that opening the Achievement Hunter so late in the race (2015, post-Ray) and having the Let's Play channel as well being a mix of AH and other LP creators content caused unnecessary confusion.

They should've sticked to the main LP channel and upload there, and maybe stop Minecraft and the trend-chasing like R6 Siege, Destiny 2 and so on.

Oh right, and replacing Ray right after he left was the most asshole-ish thing they could do.

the whole reason i stopped watching was because they went from quality to quantity, so many different new shows, channels and people it was just to much, i used to be able to check out everything RT but once that got to much the drive to follow everything went away and i didn't stick around.

I remember Bruce said he complained to HR about Adam and they laughed at him. So he left. But he's last episode was with Adam. He shows up again and still works with Adam. I wonder if that's really the reason he left.
Autumn, Bruce's wife (and gf at the time of the HR report), mentioned Adam as one of the reasons why she left Sugar Pine 7 and RT as a whole.

I can imagine Bruce not being too happy about it.

What I really want to know is where Ryan has gone to. His last mention was on this LinkedIn profile. Timeline matches.

Then why have your last video with Adam and come back to work with Adam. Either he wasn't that mad or he's good at hiding it.
