It came up years ago. Hell, he even made a video at least kind of halfassed apologizing for participating in what was an obvious scam(claims he fell for the lies, whines about incels, etc.). Still on his channel, isn't unlisted or anything, so he hasn't even tried to hide it.
Also called out the continued BS from the Amico people on his website as well
And then posted a video just a few days later calling the entire thing dead as Atari(what a waste of office space) bought it for whatever reason.

So yeah, not much to cover when he admits he fucked up shilling it. It's just that the views are low because it's not part of his current grift that actually got him some traction.

This is from Pat's perspective but it summarizes a good portion of the bullshit surrounding the stupid amico thing, as well as calling out smashjt for some commentary he made about Pat and Ian for basically no reason

That being said, Pat and Ian absolutely are both dickheads who have managed to piss people off over the years for a huge variety of reasons. But they were one of the first to call out this intellivision bullshit. However they also keep milking it for content as it hasn't been worth discussing in years at this point, and are at 73 videos covering the damned thing with the most recent one being a month ago. I'd lump everyone involved with the amico shit in together as "they all suck".

A forum such as kiwifarms is a great way to collect and discuss information over time but it's a terrible way of presenting it. That thing that you wanted to read more about? Yeah it might be on page, uh.. 300 something, or maybe 500.. or maybe it passed everyone by at the time and it's actually on page 2763.

A bit of a crosspost from the Synth thread but youtuber "Worth A Buy" had himself a melty over people not liking Kingdom Come 2, he just deleted everything including a community post a little while ago but there are a couple of mirrors around.

I make extensive use of the bookmarking system to try and catalogue things I think I might need in future, but even then it's an imperfect system because there seems to be a bug that won't let you filter by more than one tag.

I've tried editing the URL query to brute force multiple tags but that breaks too.

i see it as an easy clout farm target for most channels. synth touches topics like subtle racemix pushing in modern media as bluntly as possible which makes it really easy for centrist/leftist type channels to make quick content of.

Just realized that Razor quit his weekly spot on Sidescrollers presumably over the pushback he got over superchats his last appearance and to avoid the allegations of the quoted video.

Saw a couple of comments calling for not inviting Smash anymore for being such a drama whore.

I read Gears of War as "Genders of War". Considering the rumours of the new Gears having a consultancy as per the last 50 or so pages ago, I believe it is compromised. Sad, the original trilogy was kickass and had a good, action packed story.

Zero surprises. I remember a security tech meeting from Microsoft a year or two ago where the presenters were describing themselves, acknowledging they were on stolen land, and giving their preferred pronouns. My first thoughts were, "We need to switch to linux yesterday."

Isn't Gears basically in the same position as Halo? 3 good games before all the talent left and now a bunch of incompetents struggle to put out derivative sequels that only rehash old ideas but worse.

E-Day is a prequel and humans were in resource wars, so easy environment stuff. I don't think SBI is instant gays or troons, just shit writing. Gears 2 and 3 stay the peak of the series, and things should learn to end.
