When you get to the point where you're carrying an ID tag around your neck so that security identifies you even though you're a student there, the problem isn't the students, it's how the school is being structured.

COVID pretty much gave every school carte blache to turn into prisons for kids and teens. All that's missing are the bars on the windows. And even after COVID, it still stuck for "security reasons".

Yes, psychopathy unironically makes for better ER doctors and surgeons. As you mentioned, cutting people open and seeing the most horrific gore you could imagine is in the job description.
Not to mention in both cases rapid fire emergencies can happen where life or death comes down to a split second decision. Panicking due to empathy is not helpful. Lizard brain calm and analysis can save lives.
Luckily both pay very well and are pretty well respected meaning psychopaths are drawn to the jobs, along with seeking the adrenaline rush involved in handling emergencies. It's symbiotic in a way.
As it happens, the rates of psychopathy in surgeons and ER doctors is higher than the general population. Same for NASCAR drivers, CEOs and investment bankers.
Side note: You don't want psychopathy in nurses though. That's how you get angel of death scenarios where they rack up hundreds of deaths unnoticed. Surgeons are pretty well supervised and work in teams so they can't get away with stuff like that as easily.

how many students to a teacher? lets say 5th grade and 25 students the teacher can do teaching or classroom management, its easier for the teacher who are mostly female to have the students sit still or at a desk, all it takes is one kid being hyper and with poor impluse control aka blacks to derail the classroom.

Really really disruptive students who should be kicked out are forced to be there because that way the school gets the money.
