All you have to do is say "It's woke, but I still like it." It's not that fucking hard. Even Synth did that with BG3 because Woke doesn't necessarily mean the game has to be bad. I'm sure that will be the case with KC 2 as well.

Once you start picking and choosing what you're trying to fight for or against you don't understand what you're doing. If your enemy is the enemy you treat everything "literal" as in whatever they do you always have to assume it's for malicious purposes. People can say what they want about Synth but to me he has done a good job by doing nothing but being himself and showing the cracks of both sides of this culture war. With the woke just generally saying what is on his mind and not tip toeing around thought police and with the anti woke for actually seeing patterns in things and comparing them to other observations.

Their reactions to these things is that you see how they're two sides of the same coin and use the exact same rhetoric because in their mind they want to vehemently defend the things they like because they can't possibly be the label that they're being targeted as because "i like it! it's not like that!"

Couldn't agree more and people including myself like Fallout New Vegas but don't peolpe also say that games has "woke elements". It's always interesting seeing people try to fight with their own logic and not just like a thing but admit that yes it has issues. This is part of why on a lot of things i am politically neutral or at least try to be because trying to play on one side or the other is exhausting. I can screamed at either way so i just say if I like the game i like the game it's just that simple.

WorthABuy, until the other day, used to be a respected old time game reviewer from way back, early 2000s. He was known for his honesty and standing up to the woke crowd or corrupt game developers, not letting their bullshit past him. Then, in one hour long stream, he self-immolated himself, calling every single one of his fans "fake gamers" for not wanting to see Henry from Kingdom Come Deliverence(a historically accurate medieval RPG, which the sequel is now anything but) take it up the bum. He also said that he doesn't care if developers lie to him or their customers since the developer in question is an old time idol of his, which means he cannot be trusted. Also, he focused on glorifying elder abuse for a good part of the stream for some reason, maybe there is something we don't know about him.

It is telling that the first thing he thought of when he had people disagreeing with him is to delete everything so he can make a proper video that can be more easily censored, both with what content the video itself has and with an easily controlled comment section. This dude is never going to recover. Hilarious how he sacrificed his channel for his butt buddy Vavra, who won't even give him a second glance nor will it actually stop the bleeding in any way since he failed pathetically with his damage control.

It is hard because it means they have to say why. But if they dont know why or are afraid of jews then they cant explain. Synth can explain and he does the noticing and that makes other yters feel uncomfortable because Synth notice the jewish stuff.

It's really a weird mentality.

It's probably also why they're all so allergic to turning "woke" into a more precise term, instead constantly watering it down so they can pretend the things they like aren’t woke at all.

"If it promotes progressive ideals, it's woke" isn’t exactly a strict definition.
But even if you follow that definition, you’ll end up realizing that most things you enjoy contain some amount of woke content.

The "Noble Savage" concept, popularized in the 16th century by Montaigne, who, by the way, only ever lived in the most civilized parts of Europe, is very obviously woke. It demonizes White people and their culture, fetishizes foreign cultures and peoples, and blatantly contradicts reality.

The Noble Savage concept and other similar ones are so deeply ingrained in Western entertainment that if you really wanted to consume media with zero woke content, your only option would probably be playing /pol/wad or something.

And then, of course, we can't ignore how slimy YouTubers are in general.

There have been multiple instances where YouTubers have banded together to remove people they didn’t like because they were "too far right." Whenever these centroids start losing arguments to people further right, they always band together with leftoids to try and get those pesky "woke right" people removed one way or another.

He's already taken a reputation hit considering the crossover audience Mack has.

The real damage done to him will be after his actual review drops. I have no doubt he's going to cherry pick being very careful about what he shows. Of course by the time it comes out theres going to be 1000's of screenshots and clips of the degenercy that's in the game. I'm calling it right now that he'll be disabling comments within a day on his actual review video.

I think there's a very good reason he doesn't go out of his way to watch videos that are critical of him on stream. It's just dumb bullshit arguments that are a complete waste of everyone's time.

So he lives with his mom, therefore he doesn't understand what propaganda looks like? Maybe if he lived in Southern California in an absolute shit box apartment with six roommates, he would finally be able to understand it.

These people have room temp IQs.

I may not be the biggest fan of Chudcast, but him and his brother have a good dynamic with each other, plus even his mom is a "character" that is a part of the Synth channel. This family all seems to play a part in what the channel is today.

Much better than some mentally ill gender-confused basket case that hates their family.
