Great opening post for the most part, but needs a little further information for those coming into the scene blind. People unaware of the "Rationalist" group will struggle to understand exactly what Ziz and friends are so mad about (in both senses of the word). Perhaps a lightning quick list of definitions and core rationalist beliefs would be useful to the new reader?

The initial mention of "earning to give" in the writing is from a strategy adopted by some people who believe in Utilitarian philosophy. Some people recognised that it might be more efficient to pay other people to do good things rather than do them yourself. So a fair few people have decided to go into tech/finance to earn the maximum possible amount, and then donate the maximum possible amount from that. Ziz and others seem to have moved to the Bay to try and get a well paid tech job to use this strategy. The boats also tie into this, as cutting rent through living on a boat was one of their schemes to free more money for the "Earn to Give" strategy. Of course, being Rationalists, the "charity" is to themselves and other Rationalists for AI doomerism/speculation.

The weirdo pamphlet they handed out needs something of a translation guide.

• The references to "friendliness" are not in reference to *human* friendliness to others. This is a reference to the Rationalist cult idea of a "Friendly AI", the bare minimum of a superpowered AI that does not kill everyone intentionally or by a side effect of doing something else. A core Rationalist belief is that AI will eventually recursively self improve into a superpowered entity, and that entity's activities will always naturally spiral out into a scenario where it kills everyone on Earth. This can be because the AI reasons that humans will shut it down and so acts in "self defence", or that humans are made of atoms that the AI could use for manufacturing other materials. A Rationalist "Friendly AI" is one that is somehow embedded with morality and intelligence that makes reasonable sense to an average person and follows man-on-the-street moral intuition of a sort.
• The Zizians complain that the MIRI/CFAR people are testing people to see if they're rational enough to work there by asking them the "how many genders are there" and "are trans people nuts" questions
• They complain that the MIRI/CFAR people are being really inefficient, and as they're supposed to be saving the world, this is an evil
• The numbered lists are their "solution" - effectively "You, the person reading this, should become a Zizian"
• The "Elizer offered us heaven" bit is referring to the usual Rationalist belief that there are two possible outcomes from an AI singularity scenario - total annihilation or world superabundance. The Zizians complain that there could "easily" be a scenario with a superpowered AI, but it doesn't kill everyone and just deliberately makes life worse for all, tortures people on its own initiative, or maybe it obeys a group that is "evil" in Zizian thought. (Though in Zizian philosophy, the bad end of the world could be just "the superpowered AI enforces steak for dinner".)
• The reference to "CDT" is almost certainly a spinoff from Rationalist beliefs about "Causal Decision Theory" and "Acausal Decision Theory". In this bit, they're complaining in Rationalist jargon that the Rationalist institute groups MIRI and CFAR paid out blackmail, thus making them more vulnerable to blackmail in the future. This relates to the Zizian belief that you should never ever give in on anything, so that people dealing with you never threaten you as there would be no point.
• They complain that getting these Decision Theories wrong is literally risking life on earth (since the Zizians agree with the other Rationalists about AI superpowered rampages being a thing that is coming)

I’ve come across slimepriestess before, who uses “it/its” pronouns and identifies as “not a person”. Can’t say I’ve seen that before. It was defending Ziz the last time I checked.

Slimepriestess is another party in this, he isn't implicated in any crimes that I know of. Except crimes against eyesight. He used to date JD Pressman, the creator of zizians.info. After they broke up and he decided he liked Ziz better, he threw Pressman under the bus to ingratiate himself to the Zizians, calling him a pedophile and a stalker, citing sources such as "trust me bro".

Tumblr post of the drama made by a LaSota bootlicker trying to say zizians.info is just slander, Ziz is a good boy who dindu nuffin, and Zizians totally aren't a cult. They also try to call the writer of the site, JD Pressman a pedophile, and accuse him of calling LaSota a cult leader because he secretly just wanted sex from him:

Probably because I knew deep down that she wasn’t actually going to hurt me. Unlike JD, who I fully expect to start trying to drum up a lynch mob when he finds out about this post. I don’t care, I’m done being afraid, I’m done being silenced.

So not long until Big Yud coralled his flock together, he started writing a Harry Potter fanfic that is pretty much Atlas Shrugged for people too dumb to read Atlas Shrugged. (The link goes to a series of reviews of the fanfic, because the fic itself is about as entertaining as circumcising yourself with a belt sander.) The response was circle-jerky and this tribe of so-called rational thinkers became evangelizing using a goddamn Harry Potter fanfic. Despite how obvious this sounds, much of reddit got suckered in, because reddit hasn't met a stupid idea it didn't like.

You know, throughout the entire Rationalist Fleet post, I kept looking for the part where he explained what Rationalist Fleet is and why he thinks it's a good idea. I never found it, I had to use the zizians.info post that summarized it. LaSota was too busy writing some stream-of-consciousness ramble about learning how to sail and learning nautical jargon to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it.

It's like a cautionary tale about focusing on STEM over the humanities, none of them grasp the simple concept that an essay is supposed to communicate your ideas clearly. They write massive walls of text with no breaks, with glaring spelling and grammatical errors, and digress about unrelated topics constantly. They refuse to summarize things because they actually don't understand the concepts they're using enough to put it in simple terms, and won't proofread their own writing because that means admitting they make mistakes.

Not to politisperg, but current stand your stand-your-ground laws do not account for cliques of 10 trannies targeting you, a future octogenarian property owner.
You would have to survive 10 separate assassination attempts and retaliate on each one, the odds are not good.
