Well at least we find those with official diagnosis easier, when camps are ready.
We need them as guards, because they are soulless and emotionally cold. Who else would be more perfect guard for extermination camp for autists than an autist.
But to your question. "socialization/coping" seem to be the negative effect people who get diagnosed find. Nothing good comes out of socializing based on diagnosis.

More likely people are just socially maladjusted than they are actually spergs.
