Was watching a little if Da Oreo's stream shitting on Dan yesterday, and as pumped as I am these fags are finally getting bent over the barrel; how fucking stupid does Nick think everyone is that "Uhhhh guies I only streamed with Destiny 3 times in my whole career!" undoes him being a nuthanger for however long now. Him and Tom spent the better part of the last two years sweeping for any kind of Destiny controversy that rose to the level of commentary content, and at minimum just sucking him off whenever they could.

The only reason Tom and Nick have had ANY kind of political take, on anything really, but especially re: Israel, H3, and Twitch is because Destiny or the DGG Industrial Complex fed it to them.

Nah Deoreo is entirely too neurotic not to let some kind of internal division destroy him an everyone else in the community. I think some people clocked this a few pages back, but notice how much distance they try and put between each other when they talk about the CC nowadays. As if you're not all jacking eachother off in your respective discords. They all almost certainly have some kind of dirt on eachother they're just waiting for the right moment to sling. If anyone survives this autistic battle royale, it's going to be Augie. I think, not including any small spergs who no one knew or cared about before, we can expect Tom, Chud, or Willy Mac to go out next.

Commentary usually defaults to going after newer members (who deserve getting made fun of anyway, Flamenco, Technicals, etc)
They have been pruning a bit closer to the inner circle (Bowblax and Tipster) but that’s also partly because they’re on a -mostly- no new friends arc and Augie hasn’t been around to bring retards in (which I might be alone in saying he should continue doing, it’s funny)
With that said, they’re more likely to go after people who have distanced themselves. That was true for Tipster and Muta

Tom has really distanced himself from commentary. He pretends that he was never really a part of it. During Augie’s return stream he didn’t come on as someone who was a frequent guest, he joined hours in after all the action and introduced himself as a representative from Destiny’s community. He was a diehard Destiny sweeper. People try to equate him and Nick in terms of that, but Tom was so much worse. I don’t think Nick has been to Destiny’s house, Tom has met Destiny in person several times including his election night stream. Nick has been OVERLY careful in how he covers Destiny ever since the leaks, but Tom goes overboard in actual defense. Everytime they’ve covered it Tom has swept a lot harder.
He might try to crawl back to commentary now, but he’s anchored himself to Destiny, and if another controversy happened I don’t think people would be as eager to defend him or welcome him back.

Chud is new which puts him on the block. Also, Augie pointed out his tranny chasing on stream and said he needs to get more shit for it (like in a joking way but still). People generally like him, but it seems that anything tranny related is becoming a cutoff point for commentary (based) so if he slips up at all he might be a new target.

Willy Mac has not associated with anyone in commentary for what feels like a long time. His content is pretty stale and late to topics, aside from the dark viper stuff he’s lost a lot of relevance. I could see him becoming a topic if he spergs out hard enough.

I think that the little gay inner circle of commentary community bros is bound to cannibalize itself at some point, or someone else will manage to point out how many of these commentary channels are way more connected than anyone gives it credit for.

The commentary community is the PG 13 version of the sektur, so they're bounded to suffer the same fate: either they'll devour each other for clout and/or money or they'll all be wiped out in the next adpocalypse, just hope I get to see a boxing match before the titan style implosion.

Keenstar has admitted a lot of the bigger commentary channels have a groupe chats so they collab and talk about drama. Same things goes with larger channels. If you have ever wondered why so many slop videos that sound so similar come out at the same time this is why.

This has been going on around the time Pyro and ImAlex where getting popular because a lot of those channels figured out that if you make video with similar thumbnails and titles youtube would basically create a uroboros of recommendations. So they would coordinate video releases to maximize this while also squeezing out smaller channels.
