I honestly don't understand why Mersh even has a car.

He drinks every night. He has to get booze and cigs delivered to his house. He doesn't have real life friends and family. He doesn't have a job that requires him to leave his hovel.

Given his driving record, the lack of insurance payment alone would make Lyft a far cheaper alternative. Add in the fact that due to his credit, his car payment is probably on par with rent for his area...why even bother?

What exactly do you think Nigger rich is? Nigger rich means lots of flashy things but no cash in the bank. The two hundred thousand dollar car (leased) but not 20 dollars to put gas in the tank. The expensive home, the expensive jewelry, expensive clothes and such, but maxed out debt from all possible avenues and the majority of assets in a state of not being legally owned. Mersh doesn't even reach nigger rich. He rents and leases things of what could generously be described as modest success. He doesn't have an expensive home, car, wardrobe or anything. He also doesn't own anything, so I suppose he meets half the criteria of nigger rich. Well, one thing's a constant, Mersh sure is a nigger.

Image/ego. Remember, he went from living in his car to showing the world he’s a big deal on the Internet. He can’t hit on women with his pear shaped body and then catch an Uber from the bar.
