BTW, what was his highest MR ever? 1700? I dont think he will climb too high.

He keeps every of his electronic devices on all the time and his black out curtains aren't on a rail.

The ahffice must be super hot all the time and in Phil's head the ceiling fan being on must help cooling it down.
