From the past I've observed that the cycle has four phases:

1) Smugraxx
2) Raxxing out
3) Cryraxx
4) Cope and return to phase 1.

It's the last phase where Raxx typically states that he's moving away from his current activity to do some other dumb old chore. Then again, I've also hypothesized that the old cycle may have broken. Whichever way it goes, I'm expecting the next turn of the goblin before the end of the week.
