Personally I think the condo situation is probably the biggest story from while the Farms were down. The fact he's been paying a grand and a half every month for something that has no benefit for him and is being forced to sell it for a fraction of the price he bought it for, shows partially why his debt situation is so intense.

That and having to get a much more affordable car when the BMW lease runs out shows in very real terms just how genuine Phil's financial issues are and I think that's pretty noteworthy since some of us weren't even sure how genuine they are.

It's more than just selling the condo, it's that he's doing a short sale on it. Short sales absolutely destroy your credit. Now imagine if Phil shows up at a dealership trying to lease another car after his credit has been utterly destroyed. He'll probably be either laughed off a good lot or be scammed by a shadier lot.

He implied he was tricked into getting the BMW in the first place XD

That was a facepalm moment for sure. I also like the juxtaposition Fred did with the BMW:

They had a good point about Phil during their discussion of Phil's most recent begging video; that you can't do business with Phil without him shitting on you at some point, even though it's near universally him being the unreasonable shitter.

He wasnt tricked it was bad negotiation code, literally nothing he could do he was holding back the entire time.
He refused but his input dropped.

Maybe you can sell anything to Phil with the phrase
"You don't really need this its for real pro tournament players / youtubers"
And let ego close the deal.

They should sell his next car to him via loot boxes

Wait has he not tried to rent or lease out that condo, and then just use that money to help pay for the condo? I mean I guess his credit is already destroyed, but why did he buy it in the first place? Can you not rent them? I was under the impression that a condo was just an apartment for the ridiculously rich. Or like a townhome.

Million dollar question: why is she still with Phil?
I aksed her something like this over twitter once, and she just blocked me instantly. But it was a genuine question! I truly wonder what she's thinking.

All pulled direct from his injustice and streetfighter streams
But I guess it needed a seal laugh and hacking cough to separate them
It's just that LTG tends to call almost anyone that beats him in SFV for a scrub that needs to learn how to properly play the game instead of spamming cheap ass throws.

Coming to DSP i would expect something more in the areas of creating (LP), honesty and being the best (EVO 05), that is if we are going to skip out on things such as begging, lying and generally being bad. Might throw in some blocking there.

True that
Generally he comes out with an excuse at a new loss
"Dropped my input"
"Didn't want that"
"Frame advantage"
And the Ken classic
"That wasn't skill it was risk and I would have punished that".
But a brutal loss tends to result in
"Only combos"
"Scrub tactics"
"Da LAG"
"Pattern play"
Phil's recent new character SF sessions and the IJ2 beta have reached a point were no defeat is ever his fault it's "shitty net code from not improved MKX"
Or if he's playing SFV
"Shitty game, shitty code, online play is broken, only scrubs need apply".
He's now all about the games short comings and not Phil's lack of skill.

I just realize, is 2017 the 10th anniversary of his channel? Do you guys think he will do some bullshit "10 years!!!!11" promotions like pledge $60 for a $5 anniversary t-shirt?

Wait... so Phil's been spouting "8 Years of YT" line during his ebegging spiel for so long that he forgot to adjust for time passing?

Has it been 8 years for the last two?!

"To celebrate 10 years of DSP im going to be playing.....10 year old games
Definitely not a cost cutting measure
And all videos will be spread over 10 parts with ten ads !"

He said his aunt was living there and paying rent but she moved out a while ago because of health reasons...and somehow he made it all about himself.
So he's gonna sell it instead of trying to rent it out again? You dont even need a licence to lease it, do you, just a lawyer and a contract to make it legal. My grandma has been doing it for years with property she sort of hoard-inherited.

I'm just like, dude, you own property now and that's probably the most valuable thing you have--you have more than most millennials, why are you throwing it away? Look maybe youre upside down on it, but that just means restructure, you dont throw it away to spite your face. Even if you're losing money on it, even if it's really worthless, renting it out cheaply and losing 500 dollars/month on it is better than having it sit there empty and losing 1500/month on it, right? Or short selling it and I guess taking a hit to his credit and already shitty reputation?

Look Im the undisputed king of bad decisions, but at least learn from them, man!
