I actually love and appreciate your consistently correct usage of the word "hoist" in this context.

Nevertheless, I humbly offer the suggestion that "hoist with his own retard" fits our boy more fully.

Russell is retarding my ability to work. His constant belligerent filing is causing a stultifying affect on my desire to be productive.

he has no idea what the adversarial litigation system is or what it's all about or what it is meant to do Vis-à-vis remedy/punishment.
Russell specifically said before that he should be justified in saying "There will be Blood" about the courtroom because he considers lawsuits the modern equivalent of dueling "That's why it's called an adversarial system"
Per his LinkedIn, he also attended UNLV, not that we should believe anything he posts anywhere. ("Business Hospitality" is certainly a fancy term for "running a brothel out of my Uber Eats rental car.")

Russell previously claimed to be going back to college with free tuition because of his disability, and emailed Hardin that he hadn't been able to pursue his Bachelor's until "last year" because of the kiwifarms, so either he's jumping the gun on claiming to already have one, or enough of his LDS Business/Ensign credits were transferrable to give him a head start on an applied science degree. His stated goal in going back to school was to get a juris doctor (and he whined in the email that Hardin's from Virginia where he could've apprenticed his way to passing the bar, unlike Russell) and to get into law school you need a Bachelor's degree in pretty much anything, so he likely majored in what would take the least time with the credits he already had to apply to law school as fast as possible

A prerequisite for FRCP 11 sanctions is informing the other party of what the offending filing is and to give them an opportunity to withdraw that filing. If Russhole fails to withdraw his frivolous filing, he is subject to additional sanctions.
Which is why I'm wondering what Hardin wants withdrawn. Greer's response email seems to be about the witnesses' willingness to testify, which has been settled already. What is there to withdraw, the text messages themselves? I don't think Hardin is claiming those screenshots are fraudulent, Greer would have responded differently. Today's motion for adverse inference didn't seem to be the point of Hardin's email, it seems to have been added in response to Russ sperging out a conferssion.

I know we'll get to see it filed eventually, because Greer is too stupid to take an L gracefully, but I want the funny NOW NOW NOW.

Note "witnesses", plural, and that they supposedly live in Utah. These are witnesses beyond the already named Steve Taylor and Russel Greer's father. It is unlikely to be his Russ's brother, as Russ's brother was in Texas. So just who are these other witnesses in Utah that Greer was planning on calling to testify at trial? His imaginary friends? The shadow demons who torment him in his dreams?
I'm unironically thinking that he was planning to get one of the prostitute he's seen as a witness. His idea of a witness seems to be "person I've bitched about kiwifarms to", and I'm certain that he's been complaining about us to at least some of the whores.

He's tried to call an illegal Utah prostitute before. She no doubt thought his court scenario was a sexual fantasy (which it is) and was willing to play along on the clock, but didn't show when it turns out he wanted her to ACTUALLY walk into a Utah court house and testify under oath "Yes, I'm an illegal hooker operating in this jurisdiction!"

In the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings, what'shername's "corroboration" was basically a bunch of friends agreeing to say she had told them the story before. Russ seems to think his kiwifarms case is similar, he needs people to confirm he's said to them the same story he's telling the Judge so it must be true!

He says it in the (unfiled) motion itself, an entirely different document than the actually filed motion for an adverse inference, filed because of Russhole's open, willful, flagrant, recalcitrant refusals to comply with FRCP 26.

The attached email is a Rule 11 motion Hardin intends to file against Russhole if he continues on his perilous course.

The dead Steve Taylor is the same guy Russell was talking to in the cafe in his “Genesis of Russell Greer” video.

I wonder if this is the guy he gave the hand job to in return for a lift? I can see that you might not want THAT guy to testify in your case.

"Mr Taylor, now that we've established that Mr Greer paid you for a trip in your car by manually masturbating you to orgasm, can we ask what incentives he has provided you with in return for your testimony here today?"

What I don't understand from this filing (because I hate freedom and am not from the states), why does Hardin even care about Steve Taylor, since he wasn't even listed as a witness? Only mentioned like a hundred filings ago. And why do sanctions have anything to do with him withdrawing the relevant pleadings?
Mr. Greer told Florida that he has witnesses such as Steve back in Utah, and that moving the case back to Utah would ease his burden in bringing forth his eager witnesses.

I can't tell if Greer calling a dead man to the stand was some novel legal theory or if he legitimately intended to rope in some random mormon guy he happened to know, but didn't anticipate the poor guy to have kicked the bucket prior.

He doesn't know his own brother's address. I wouldn't be surprised if Russ actually doesn't know Steve is dead.

The 1st Steve is not on the directory because he's dead. He's been dead since January 2024.
You say that as if the guy being dead would stop Russ from claiming him as a witness. Au contraire, a dead guy is Russ' perfect witness. Russ can claim he would have said whatever would be most beneficial to Russ to any question, and since the guy is dead, there's no way he can ever object or contradict. Not that I think Russ would have known the guy was dead. If Russ didn't bother checking in with his family before listing them as witnesses, he certainly wasn't going to bother double-checking with some guy he knew through college.

Reading the guy's devotional, he spent time in a wheelchair and had continuous health problems. Seems like the perfect target for Russ. The guy would have to sympathize with his every plight because they were both disabled. And now that the guy is dead, Russ can tell the court that the stress of thinking that he was about to become a target of the infamous stalking website, Kiwi Orchards is what killed him. It isn't like Russ is above using someone's death for his own benefit.

Assuming this is not an extremely bizarre coincidence he put Steve's "very eager" testimony down as a reason to move the case back to Utah months after the man died. God only knows how long it had been since the (well earned knowing Russ) falling out.
