You're right military standards are different. I for example would only be able to fly commercial. I would be disqualified from becoming a military pilot because I'm too tall.
1000 hours seem to be within standard for our Blackhawk pilot here. Military hours are considered to be of higher quality than civilian flight hours. I'm most suspicious about the woman here.
