Look at it this way - not an insignificant amount of people dissatisfied with democratic party simply quit it and switched sides, that leaves you with most zealous supporters, and people who's simply so out of touch, they have no idea what's happening in politics, and are just voting out of habit.

Every job has lazy fucks that get away with murder for no good reason. I worked at a non-union work site with people clocked in sleeping on the front lawn. they worked there for 9 months.
It's a huge SNAFU the left is being coaxed into because the ATC union has been trying to raise awareness about the DEI bullshit that's been happening through Bidens entire administration. Recently their court case had actually been gaining some traction.
Hell you can probably get away with more on a non union area than a union area. Know the right people in management and you can get away with murder. While a decent union at least has some checks and balances to keep people from going too crazy.
I am in favor as long as you expand the definition of farmer, more than just that stranded there. There are poor/working poor whites who can’t afford to leave as well. People don’t realise but there is a policy called “BEE”, black economic equality, where every race, Asian included is called “black” and put in line before whites. This means no welfare/council housing, and job suppression.
