Liz fong jones hijacked the helicopter, flew it into the plane screaming “FAWK YOU JAWSH CORRONEE MOON!! YOU WIKE DIS?!?” FAWK YOU TRUMP AND FAWK YOU PWANE FOIDS!”

The army was so embarrassed that they were overpowered by a brick faced chink with sharpened chopsticks that they refuse to release further details.

Not knowing anything, I figured they'd have an officer rank (O) like Naval or Air Force pilots.
I've been away from this world for a very long time but it used to be after flight school a helicopter pilot begins their career as a Chief Warrant Officer 1, then CWO2, CWO3, CWO4 then MWO (Master Warrant Officer). The MWO rank was just being designated back then and there was talk of just making it CWO5 so I'm not really positive how they finalized it. Just that if your full-time job in the Army is "helicopter pilot" you'll have a Warrant Officer rank for the duration. Warrant Officers are a special thing. Used to be it was the only rank that was allowed into *both* the Non-Commissioned Officer's Club *and* the Officer's Club on base (probably still that way).

Trump said the collision was caused by the helicopter flying too high:

Still ending DEI in ATC though:

Troon's alive and well. Grifters are no better than reporters and deserve to suffer the same.

In a way I think a lot of them like catturd and others got lucky that this was over night and they weren't posting much. I only saw 3 or 4 pretty major accounts get suckered that had 500k+ subs. Most of it was just small bot accounts endlessly reposting. I'm pretty pissed that this got out of control but shit happens. Fake news that gets out of control can really screw things up for everyone.

Everyone has been saying that since about two hours after the crash though. If anything he is just late to saying the obvious. Congrats I guess?
You’re viewing it the wrong way. Anything Trump believes in, TDS must condemn because contrarianism.

Anyway, the new videos make me even more furious. Just, how? How do you fail this monumentally?

seems like this confusion could have been avoided if they had released all three names of the chopper crew instead of just two

The third person wasn’t a soldier but a prostitute some big wig ordered for some fun and used military assets to send for her express is my new schizophrenic theory.

Are we in the dark ages of aviation? So many crashes...
was reading some news and saw this. this seems to be the result of DIE initiatives coming to fruition

Army statistics show that last year saw the biggest spike in aviation mishaps in more than a decade following years of a downward trend.

There were 15 Class A mishaps in the Army in fiscal year 2024, the highest number since fiscal year 2014, when there were 16 mishaps. Last year's increase came after a period of time when the number of mishaps had trended downward. For example, there were seven mishaps in fiscal year 2021, four in fiscal year 2022, nine in fiscal year 2023 and then the 15 in fiscal year 2024.

Actually the PIC is not the one who speaks to ATC, that would be the other pilot on the radio. Idk how they split duties on a black hawk, but on commercial planes you have navigation officers or the captain dealing with ATC, the pilot is focused on flying while another deals with communication and other big picture issues so the pilot remains focused on flying only. It’s to cut down on distractions to the pilot.
In the UK it’s known as pilot flying and pilot monitoring.
Flying operates the controls and makes the aircraft go where they want to go. Monitoring is talking to the ground and listening in to all other communications.
The reason you have everyone on the same frequency is so that you build up a mental picture of what happening in the airspace around you.
Either pilot can fulfill either role as they are both qualified.

Being a bit brief as I’m in the pub.
