Basically, that thing on the bottom left and her "partner" has been giving Ms. Lepic the runaround for their rent. The rent is ~$1200/mo for a 4000 sqft luxury home (damn, North Carolina be ballin). I couldn't get over how childish this person looks, considering it dates back to the early 2010's. And I'm sure this person is childless as well (thank God)
$5000 a month. They are $15,000 behind. I had suspicions watching it that the thing was actual Andrew Elliot, the party called on the case, but refused to respond to their dead name. It does appear its as separate entity (or they got the court entered them as both names)
The previous hearing was Jan 24, I cant find a recording of it to confirm if 'he" showed up as well.
Next hearing is February 18 for a bench trial, likely for money owed and damages.
Also Simpson's court is Michigan. The thing even mentions "Michigans anti-lockout statute" in their rebuttal that its not $15,000 because they are owed $450!
(also, the poor landlords are in foreclosure proceedings because the rent wasnt being paid because they couldnt float $15,000 while the dirtbags werent paying)
