I thought the women's wrestling was mostly lame as a kid, but I later started to really enjoy the wrestling, if you know what I mean. Without sex appeal, women's wrestling sucks.

That dude that wrote the Warhol/Chris Chan book will have a hell of a job if CWC ever tries to bring the WWE/F timeline into the dimensional merge. If that happens may god protect us from the horrors that could occur.

Imagine the brothers of destruction vs the idea guys.

Apologies if this has been posted in here before, feel free to clock me to death if so, but it would appear that 3 days ago WWE launched a new YouTube channel specifically for old episodes of NXT. Pretty neat stuff. I can't remember when exactly I started watching NXT but it must have been around early 2014, so I've missed a fair bit of the early stuff. Now I can finally watch it.

I have vague memories of early NXT, such as:
- The Ascension when they started getting the heavy YAH chants
- Enzo vs French guy hair vs hair match
- CJ Parker busting KO's nose with the palm
- Bull Dempsey and Bull Fit.

Maybe it was mid to late 2013 I started watching? It was before the current WWE.com layout was pushed out...

To be fair, that's probably the endgame here

WWE loves multigenerational wrestlers and the Gunns are actually fairly good. Mariah looks like she was grown in a lab to be the ideal WWE blonde with big tits and she can cut a promo.

TK is going to have a hard time keeping younger talent when their contracts run out. He's making these people famous and then the NXT contract gets dangled in front of them so it's a no-brainer to sign for 3 years when there's more eyes on the WWE product.

Even if they cut you when your deal runs out you are still more high profile than you would have been if you stayed in AEW.

Oh definitely. AEW is gonna have that problem be bigger and bigger, too. TK will need to increase the amount he pays people to keep them from going to WWE/NXT instead given how awful AEW is doing and how terribly it's booked. Obviously things could change but seems unlikely anytime soon
