The fact that he was preparing to stream right up until whatever happened suggests whatever it was, was very sudden and possibly dramatic.
Could be stroke, heart attack, who knows. Maybe he cut his finger off with a cheese knife.

But whatever the case may be, given how terminally online he is and the fact that he hasn't made a single post since then despite knowing everyone's going to go apeshit with speculation, is a bit worrying.
Or maybe he's just trolling on purpose, because it's funny to watch everyone squirm.

I also agree it's probably not some life and death situation but we have no idea what Josh's social life is like, which is a very smart call by him, for all we know someone posted that for him.
