I see no other way than for him to know that those filings were posted here, at which point he must know that his claim is wrong and the emails weren't published here but to the court in a way the judge specifically said is fine.

Then again, determining the line between pretending to be retarded and being retarded is difficult. Other people have more knowledge of his antics, and they seem to believe he's this retarded.

I think the thing with this is they're only on the farms because they're in legal documents from this lawsuit that have been posted to the farms. Xenforo also doesn't embed them so what does a screenshot of the phone numbers on the farms look like? It's just a screenshot from an existing docket item with "I pinky swear this was on the farms your honor". Then obviously the response is "so what? they're public documents. [because one particular failure cannot understand the SPO]".

Basically a screenshot of the numbers from here would make russ look even worse somehow.
