They don't even buy their own bullshit. Plenty of them were playing the evil "wizard game" when they were supposed to be boycotting it. It's all performative for them. If it weren't performative enough of the people on their forum could have bought the damned game on a whim and it would have peaked at better than 80 players. I'd bet half the people on that forum crying over concord never touched the damned game and have instead played marvel rivals within the past week.

Day #99999999999999 of trannies willing their own perceived hatred into existence because they can never let an opportunity to act like insufferable attention whores go to waste. I can't imagine trying to go after one of the last niggas on the internet that's almost universally liked by most people to some degree, especially over some slop like Dustborn that got made fun of for 30 minutes before being forgotten. At least with Selaco and the dark souls kart thing, they might be fun even if they look like slop for the trannies and autists who will consoom anything just because its a boomer shooter or a kart racer. Dustborn is somehow even more unremarkable.

All things considered, Dustborn was the safest game to shit on. Had the game awards chosen Suicide Squad, Dragon Age, or Concord (all of which bombed way harder than the woke indie shit game), you'd have pissed off gaming executives calling their contacts in the press to smear AVGN like they did when he said he wasn't going to watch Ghostbusters.

The fact that the AVGN can literally piss off the troons without doing anything is a testament of who we are dealing with. Troons and Reeeeeesetera members are the most hypersensitive, narcissistic, callous and catty pieces of shit I have ever seen. You could have the most benign opinions imaginable and these faggots will literally shit up a storm because James says something against their supposed fantasies. These people don't give a shit about being progressive. They relish in putting people down because it's a sexual attraction for them. They literally are scum.

A lot of newbies also don't understand that James plays a character. The whole joke is that a manchild takes shitty games so seriously and makes shit incredibly dramatic. Also, James got a background in film and he did something called "acting". It's how his AVGN character is far different than his actual persona, which is a calm, gentle and rather professional attitude to everything. He also had a professional job, which got his experience networking with, and relating to clients on a personal level.

This is also the reason why the only bad mark on James is the new AVGN being unfunny and shit. Even though he doesn't bring out the quality work like he used to, I'm always happy to know he would still bring out the professionalism of an actual filmmaker.

A shitty game that nobody played because it was shit was voted "worst game". This is bad for some reason and makes James Rolfe, who was just announcing the winner and not his own opinion, a literal Nazi.

Then, this same show, which is also run by Nazis btw, gives an award to a game developed by a tranny, proving they don't care about the developer or politics, just awarding good games. ...This is also bad for some reason.

I don't get it. You can't ever win with these people.

It goes both ways. In this most recent episode, he has a fucking point and trannies are screaming about it because they think "their" games are above criticism; on the other hand AVGN as a show has always kind of sucked and he's shilled for other bullshit before, like doing an 80's movie review that was scripted by a third party (and the script was stolen wholesale from another review).

Exactly, they're fully aware that the games they defend suck and some of them, like Jason Schrier even admit that they defend this shit just for the sake of "owning the chuds". They simply fear being made accountable or obligated to actually buy or play the games they champion.
