Salah wants to be on YouTube. We saw after he got caught cheating and was out in time out by Chantal, how he’d play things loudly in the background in a desperate attempt to have the chat ask about him, how he’d purposely interrupt her lives and generally act like a spoiled child trying to get moms attention.

By purposely cutting him out to the point of refusing to even show a reflection she’s just trying to control him, and most likely punish him, for some unknown transgression (probably telling her no when it came to food or asking her to go for a walk).

There could be other reasons, but this one seems the mostly likely. This dude is starving for positive attention even though he very much can’t handle the negative.

I think when you can hear his stupid laugh from the other room but he isn’t coming out its probably because Chantal told him not to but he wants to be heard and acknowledged anyway.

I guess this is why Salah sticks around instead kicking Chantal to the curb. Or ghosting her. Unfortunately, last I checked his gaming channel was trash.

She has an extremely narrow palate. I don't know if it is just some Sarault natural feature or she never had proper tongue placement in her youth aka mouth breather. I've also read that narrowing of the palate is observed in some CPAP users. I would also agree she does have small teeth, but maybe they look that way because she's fat.

Her palate to face width ratio will always fascinate me. It's like 1:3 or something.
How can someone store so much fat in their checks? Is she part hamster? Is it really just all fat or a generally deformed skull hiding under the fat? Weird lower face structure?

I definitely think palate narrowing is largely responsible, and it could be from years of CPAP use. When she smiles, notice the space between the back teeth and the inside of her mouth. That's not normal. It looks like what the creator who doctored the picture did was change the color of those gaps from black (shadows) to pink, which gives her a joker mouth.

I also believe (and have commented before) that the narrowing palate is at least partially responsible for closing the gap between the two front teeth. That's not all plaque.

In my experience, CPAP does the opposite and pushes in to flatten the face. It depends a little on the age of the user and the model.
The younger you start with CPAP, the more you notice it. Children around 4 seems especially to have their face shapes change, but it will bounce back with age. But then again, children needing CPAP usually have an underlying syndrome and us humans are crazy good at picking up on that sort of "off" look that comes with it.
The full face masks also seems more forgiving because they sit across the forehead, down the checks and slightly under the chin. They have a bigger area to apply the same pressure, and it seems to keep the face shape more normal.
There are very small masks called nasal masks that only cover the nose, going over the nose bridge, down the side of the nose and under the nose/on the upper jaw. That could put unbalanced pressure on the top row of gums if not adjusted correctly, but that would push the mid face in. But that is not the type she wears.
Chantal wears a smaller mask model that goes over the bridge of the nose, down the cheeks and seems to sit on the chin not under it. It has hard strapholders going along the checks too.
Usually when we spot the CPAP marks on her, they are on her cheeks close to the nose. This has been confused with sunglasses leaving marks, but is her mask. My theory is that the hard strapholders push her face fat upwards to where the top of the mask rest on her checks, so the pressure becomes stronger there than in the softer outer cheeks.
But then again, I worked with people needing CPAP due to trauma and syndromes, not fatties who ate themselves into sleep apnea. It's really not the same. Who even knows how high pressure the poor machine has to exert to keep her airflow up?
So I guess I'm not saying no, the mask doesn’t do that. I mean, we can all see that the mask shape won't add direct pressure on her upper jaw. I am however saying I have never experienced that sort of face shape changes from any type of mask before.

I see there is some fine dental sperging going on. I will chime in as a fellow tooth haver.

I have previously sperged on her teeth with a dental inventory of just the top right quadrant of teeth. See below, or go back in time and view the post directly. I could sperg harder by isolating multiple angles and get a full mouth workup if I ever get motivated.

These teeth are done. The snapped off dead and abscessed canine tooth is the worst of the lot. If you've ever wondered why her face looks weird and has a "horse mouth" sometimes when she smiles/ratfaces, its from the broken canine....

It really is the ratio that makes it so striking, along with the filters that will taper the face starting at the cheeks to try to make her appear normal. there is likely some tapering in of the mouth that just sets it all off.

One image from my previous dental inventory that I would like to call into evidence here which demonstrates why her pallet seems so narrow in images.

Teeth are not perfect U, and go out on more of arch like ( . Theupper teeth you see when someone's smile consist of 10 teeth (5 per side). The Central and Lateral Incisors, The Cuspid (aka Canine) and the First and Second bicuspids to an extent

Chantals Cuspid(Canine) is broken off well below the level of the otehr teeth making it essentially invisible, and breaking the "line" of teeth you see on that side. Sometimes her lip goes into it, or the filter doesnt know how to process cus this interuption. Her first bicuspid is dark/dead, and the second is missing entirely. And thats just this side of her face. Chantal is also missing I believe her first bicuspid on the other side.

Here in a recent live you can see the phenomena that is the line of teeth "stopping" making it appear like a very narrow pallet. Her teeth on the one side just STOP at the 2nd tooth (the lateral incisor) this makes your brain just assume that means all the teeth are behind it in a straight line and narrow. Not "missing" because you cant see the other teeth due to them being broken and missing.

I know, 100 hours in photoshop, but if you take her mostly full left side of her mouth and mirror it, her pallet doesnt look as crazy

Chantal DOES have some pallet narrowing however, but its not as catastrophic as it appears due to the missing teeth. her gap really is closing in because of it. This could be due to the CPAP, but its not because a CPAP mask smooshes your face and reshapes it. if it did every side sleeper on earth would be walking around with a wonky half smooshed in pallet. her issue is 40 years of mouth breathing so she never has her tongue in the roof of her mouth to hold things in shape. Due to her size she's likely mouth breathed since a child. This can start to occur in long term cpap users who use full face masks because the full face mask shoves air in any pipe that will do. So if you are a mouth breather, it'll shove your tongue out of the way and let you happily gulp air with your mouth slack jawed and tongue lolled over to the side.

A nasal mask/pillow/cushion can prevent this as it can actually make the user close their mouth and have proper tongue placement, opening the airway through he nasal passage and letting people properly be nose-breathers.

TLR I believe her pallet is narrowed/narrowing, and may even be accelerating since the closure of the gap she has had for years. It appears jarringly small due to other dental issues. Finally the CPAP isnt doing her any favors, but its not smooshing side sides of her face together like a vice. Chantal is a fat gross mouth breather and I wish her and null all the cheese in the world.

Bell's Palsy is usually a temporary condition that resolves over time. However, in an uncontrolled diabetic, would the nerves fully regenerate?

I think it's probably taro, especially from the greyish colour of the boiled chunks. Taro is used in some Middle Eastern cuisine (Egyptian and Turkish for sure), while I'm not certain how common jicama is over there. It certainly could be jicama, but she may have just called it a yam because she saw a root vegetable and is a simpleton.

I also believe that item likely came from the government commodity/subsidized goods they obtain from the supermarket intended for immigrant slave labourers (which is probably also why she didn't know how to cook it in any appetizing way).
