USAID's censorship/propaganda activities aside, there could be a lot of dark shit that we have no idea about. This is the same organization whose "international development" processes supposedly once included kidnapping homeless people off the streets in Uruguay and using them for torture instruction classes, and then dumping their mutilated bodies on the street to scare the local population. Keep that in mind the next time a lib on Bluesky cries about poor dear USAID that only wants to hand out food for orphans and starving puppies.

I bet you didn't know USAID is the only reason anyone ever heard of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and many like her. USAID invented AOC.

I did know that, which is why it was so funny to see her freak out about USAID all day on Twitter and yet mysteriously never explain why she is personally so concerned about this one organization in particular, or why a supposed "aid" org has so much classified information in the first place.

(Don't know why she is so paranoid about Elon's "foreign motives," either. Aren't borders just imaginary lines? Isn't everyone essentially an American as soon as they step foot in this country, which is why it's always a horrific violation to deport them? She sounds racist.)

'Aid' can be anything. It could be money to feed starving Africans and putting them on courses to learn Javascript. It could also be used to fund the 'enlightenment' of the Poles on the wonders of trannies and convince the Baltics to accept blacks.

All the DNC had to do... all BIDEN had to do... was acknowledge the southern border was a problem and do something... ANYTHING about it. Instead we got 3 years of pretending like it wasn't an issue and then 1 year of going through the motions to make it look like they were doing something.

I firmly believe that had some tool of the DNC ended up in the Whitehouse this year, the economy would have continued to improve regardless. But even if you decide right wing media made the border a bigger problem than it was, you still can't deny the constant stream of reports from southern counties of trafficking and narcotic trade.

I love seeing people panicking over some cursory glance at USAID.

You get the most flack when you are over the target, or so people say.

She is wrong but I'm glad people are taking the "yeah, whatever, shut up, we're in charge now" approach. Talking with these people is a waste of time.
