I argue it is still up for debate. He could easily have a penis tucked somewhere in all those folds and fat. The way he sounds he could easily have a penis in his mouth most of the time. It's either that or the retardation that makes him mostly incomprehensible. I don't think a penis can explain away all the tracing he does though.
