I was gonna search just for the scene itself but ended up watching the whole episode. What great show, part of me wondered if it was just nostalgic decades old memories, but it's actually very funny and pretty cool still. I might rewatch some more.
Anyway, in the scene in question she was fully covered by a towel and it seemed to just be a harmless gag. I expected it to be a case of "here's some conveniently placed steam that barely covers her parts" typical in anime, but I was pleasantly surprised how conservative the scene was. There's hundreds of episodes so maybe there's something bad tucked in there but it really does seem like a pretty wholesome anime.
That guy's trying to say it's woke to be against loli? He's coping so hard, literally cognitive dissonance, it's mostly conservatives who oppose it and libtards who support it.

Misty has been hit on by older men despite being 10-12. Because it's still a children's show from the '90s, it wouldn't get explicit or graphic and is typically played for laughs, however, the dub would still skirt around it.
Meanwhile I think there's official interviews about the future female companions being designed to be "eye candy" for boys, specifically with Dawn and Serena. Stupid shit like that.

What I always found bizarre about these people is their pathological need to justify themselves. Regular pedos know what they're doing is wrong and shameful and they don't care.
