A concept of 'objective' (or at least quantifiable) good and evil doesn't have to be rooted in religion by any means. For example, I can tell you for free that pedophilia is objectively evil because it is unproductive, destructive, takes away more than it provides, doesn't contribute, selfish, etc. It is inefficient, and unsustainable for a society at large to predate on their own children. On the opposite end of the spectrum, practices, behaviors, ideas, ideologies, that are efficient, stable, sustainable, prosperous, etc are good. To a degree this will always be in people's heads, culture can change your perception astronomically but universally it's understood that if you kill your own children you won't have a next generation to continue your society. But at the same time, you can quantify the current world we live in as pretty evil just based on the rampant inefficiencies, unsustainable and unstable practices, ideologies and mechanisms of government, people and culture. You will never have perfection, but these things ebb and flow in a pretty stable equilibrium and there are definitely periods where good behavior prospers, and times ruled by degeneracy and inefficiency.
All this to say, no. Pedophilia isn't objectively bad because God said so or because I think it's bad because I'm just an evil bigot. It's bad because objectively sabotaging your next generation for your own personal pleasure is not sustainable in the slightest.
