If you go across the internet you will see everyone is covering for the game.
The reddit page refused to lock down the leaks and are celebrating the changes, steam now has a janny moderating it, anti woke YouTubers are defending it, it was being suppressed on 4chan and of course you also have people defending it there, Kotaku in Action went and suppressed it into a mega thread that's hidden at the top, and you even have people defending it here.
The normal influencers are already bought and payed and journalists are also now on board.

I think it will sell, but not as well as the publisher wants. The first game peaked a 96k concurrent players on steam, I think KCD2 will peak in the somewhere around 150K or even 200K, probably much lower numbers on console, but still doing pretty well for what it is. (While we won't ever see actual numbers, I imagine on console it'll probably peak at around 50 or 60K, the main market for this game will be on PC.)
Given the amount of ads I've seen for this game over the past few months, I think the publisher wants it to sell gangbusters and be the next Baldurs Gate 3 or something, and it just won't.

I genuinely don't know. The biggest points of contention are going to be the jank and "hardcore" features, coupled with bugs and optimization, on top of Varva pissing off the built-in fanbase by being a kike.

On the other hand there's not really all that many big-budget cRPGs coming out, and the press and YouTube grifters have been praising the game.

It really depends on whether they overestimated how many sales they could get and overspent on the budget.

As you can see, he's still actively coping and seething in the comments, no doubt trying to channel his inner Vavra and OWN all the SNOWFLAKES. Kingdom Come: Deliverance II may be difficult to get into at first due to its long ramp-up time, but its progression, storytelling, and character interactions make you feel as if you embody the character. After a fall from grace, you steadily rise through society to rebuild your image and rise to prominence.

Although the game may be a fun RPG experience simulating medieval combat, there are a few aspects of the game that can be unappealing to some. The game’s save system can cause players to lose hours of gameplay which can be frustrating to most.

At the end of the day, after a difficult and long start, we still had a lot of fun playing Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. Yes, the game does have a slow build to get to a point of enjoyment, but when you finally feel like you can stand on your own two feet that’s when the game truly opens up and is more enjoyable.

People are going to get a rude awakening on release. It's an archaic game that was marketed as being 'based dragon age.'

I turned on Avowed, but right now? Honestly I don't care, I would gladly welcome this one being the lesser of three trainwrecks, just for the lulz. Imagine if the short, boring Outer Worlds clone with swords and magic completely overshadows the Bioware game that people waited over 10 years for, or the BASED game that right wingers were jerking off to just a few weeks ago. It will be like Fallout 76 situation all over again, where even Obsidian's stale leftovers were better than what Bethesda were able to offer.
