Can't stress that enough. I deleted all social media when covid hit because of all the mass retardation over it, one of the best decisions of my life. I only use whatsapp and telegram for work reasons and to talk to close ones. Only social midia i have are my unamed accounts on kiwifarms and other foruns. You gain nothing from social network.
It's very nice not being a slave to the spcial media machine. I have one account to stay connected with friends and family. The only things in my feed are animals and bioncle stuff. It's nice to glance at once in a while but so unimportant in the grand scheme of things.
