Found another Kiss facebook page (archive) that says he's been stealing content from them, the comments also have some personal accounts of Eddie being a little shit, dating back to the late 70's.
He's never managed to grow out of this stupid act and it's kinda sad.

That wasn't smart. KW has the resources to fight back and if they decide to do so Josh's mum can join their action against him. While she might be tempted to tell them to go fuck themselves, it's a way of pursuing a legal remedy she'd otherwise be unable to afford.
